This location is severely under staffed, usually one rarely two people, and usually doesn't have any vehicles available. Don't bother calling they have a lobby full of people waiting and can't get to the phone. To the credit of the two people that work at this location they are thorough and friendly as best they can be. If you have to rent from this location expect an hour or more wait to be told nothing is available and they won't be able to get anything for you. read more

Date of visit: Jan 03, 2022 My vehicle broke down the previous evening about 9:45 pm, as we were coming into town for a quick stay. I knew I would need to have my truck towed in and couldn't accomplish what I needed efficiently with uber or lyft. I went onto the Enterprise website and reserved a car for 8 am. When I arrived your team greeted me immediately. There was a few people ahead of me, but I only waited about 10 minutes. They pulled my reservation up quickly. The car was warming up outside for me. This was very nice since it had snowed last night and the windows had ice and it was still chilly out. We returned inside to complete the paperwork. We then went back out and did our inspection and the cars windows had been scraped of ice and it was ready to go. The team was extremely fast and efficient I noticed while waiting. It is rare I see a group of individuals work so well together and everything just flowed so smoothly for everything they were doing. The car had no issues at all on our 1 day rental. I filled it with gas to its original amount. I dropped it off. When I went into the office I waited about 4 minutes for assistance, as everyone was still quite busy with customers. I was however greeted immediately as I entered the building. The return process was also fast and efficient and your team emailed me the final paperwork. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. Do NOT use this company in this region. Enterprise has been my go to for rentals for my entire adult life, and in 6 states aside from Alabama. I was not able to rent a vehicle due to not having a utility bill in my name. I was hung up on by Ainsley, the regional manager at this location. She also gave me inconsistent information about what they needed and why it was needed. She was in no way supportive in finding a solution to the issue. She initially told me there were no other reps I could speak to, though after hours of trying she gave me the number of a gentleman that told me he would call around and ask questions and get back to me, though that never happened. I have seamlessly made a reservation with Hertz and will absolutely never use enterprise ever again. This has been the most frustrating, inconvenient and unprofessional interaction I have ever been apart of. Find any where else to rent from. I want to add- I emailed the person below with everything they asked for, still no response. I never heard back from anyone within this company regarding these issues. Use Enterprise (they will pick you up). Customer Service is the key word of this establishment. They inspect their cars 4 or 5 times before you ever get the keys. Enterprise seems to have offices all over the state of Alabama read more

It was fast, but that's about it. No paper work, and the car/tag is expired by 6 months. What kind of business rents cars, but doesn't keep up with the cars? When you rent a car, you don't expect to have to check the tags! That should be the very last issue. Now it's too late, and we have to drive 2.5 hours with expired tags, hoping we don't get pulled over and miss our flight. read more
