What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff was toward my young child, who had to wait with me. One of the receptionists noticed that he was sitting there with little to do and handed him the television remote so he could choose something to watch. It was a small gesture, but a highly observant and considerate one! Once they brought my vehicle in, the repair took only about 20-30 minutes. Then, to my complete surprise, they told me there would be no charge. The Express Oil location here in Macon, GA said the belt slips to the edge when it's driven a tiny bit. Then when it rains the water coming up under it let's it pop right off. Yesterday was the first time I have driven it again in the rain since the repair in January so I didn't happen before that. Express Oil here in Maco, GA honored the warranty the company has, so it reduced the bill a tiny bit. But I still had several hundred dollars out of pocket and time, and towing.
