Unfortunately was the only place open to get a tire plugged. Checkin 12:58 - one car ahead of me…read moresaid only lacked a few more mins. 1:20 pulled into bay, 1:35 lifted, 1:45 pulled tire and started. 2:23 recd text that svc was started. 2:30 recd text that svc completed. Drove in circles in pkg lot. I finally walked out and told them they were DONE. I left there at 2:34. They pulled my tire 38 minutes before sending text that it was started-guess that's how the system stays "on time" and makes them look like they work quickly. No urgency at all. Team lead just stood around chatting, worker moved with no urgency. Disappointing and unprofessional. 12:58-2:34pm 1 hr 36 mins to plug a tire. No urgency in service area. Cheating the system by logging time AFTER starting svc to make look like shorter service completion time. The logged time showed 7 mins to completion. Does this happen at all locations? Walmart + member but would definitely have argued if I had to even pay the $15. Unacceptable.

Took our Jeep In because of a message that the remote entry system…read moreneeded service. 4 1/2 hours later including an oil change, a tire rotation that I was told would be free if I purchased my tires through the dealership (charged 25.95) when we went to leave we asked about the remote entry they said the message never came on we opened the door and it appeared like it has every time, called them out after 25 minutes they you need to bring it back and plan to leave it for 2-3 days so we can run diagnostics on it. My wife googled it as we were driving home, pulled the ground off the battery for 20 minutes system reset clearing the message. I won't mention the brake work smh! Needless to say I won't be back and will not recommend them to anybody.

It is hard to find good people anymore; but Garrett, receiptionist and sales manager were very nice and did not push me into something they wanted to sell. They helped me get exactly what I ask for.
