I had to grab a loaner for a day while my car was being repaired down the street. The process of picking up and dropping off was wicked easy. The attendants who assisted me with both situations were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were accommodating and made sure I had what I needed. The interior and order counter are typical for most Enterprise locations. They are fairly standard, leaving space for those waiting in line, those waiting for their cars to be ready, or those waiting for a ride from wherever they are going. Nothing glamorous, fairly no-frills, but clean with little clutter. It's an easy location to find once you figure out where it's located. The cars are located in the back of the location, which can only be accessed if you go around the shopping plaza building. If you're not familiar, it can be a little confusing, but overall, the attendants can help make sure you can get around. read more

Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else. These people are totally incompetent. They are all liars and will tell you anything to just get you off the phone. They completely screwed up my reservation and do not take ownership for their mistakes. Then they do nothing to try and fix their screw up and resolve the issue. Rented a vehicle and have prepayment? You'd expect your car to be there waiting for you...This is not how this business operates. They're honestly hoping you never show and they can just pocket the prepayment and rent to someone else. And when you return later after your reserved vehicle is ready, it's riddled with issues (error lights, transmission issues, etc) and not to mention it has nasty stains on the headliner and has tons of scratches/dings. I truly am sorry for not knowing Marshall's complete name. I have never encountered someone, at a car rental company so compassionate, polite, kind and accommodating. "Marshall" went the extra mile to ensure my wife Andrea's comfort and safety. He was incredibly supportive and reassuring to her during this extremely difficult and trying time. We recently relocated to Florida and getting into an unexpected car accident was the last thing both of us needed. Logistics, with both of us starting new jobs were extremely difficult and taxing. Again - "Marshall" went the extra mile and was so kind and sympathetic to my wife. He treated Andrea like she was a family member. I reserved a Suburban or similar, at noon. The car wasn't ready for pickup. Sat for 39 minutes. It not only came out dirty, but the dude there tried ripping me for an unfilled tank at half that was truly only a 1/4 full; engine oil light was on; the reverse camera was messed up, lines skewing left. Once we got it on the road, the engine started vibrating like a sewing machine, and if you tried to accelerate fast the engine skips, and doesn't pick up immediately. Very dangerous. I tried to bring it back. There was only one non-airport location that had another one. They wouldn't release it. I was told to go to the airport. They had plenty of vehicles. They're not required to bail out the off-airport locations, and wouldn't. I found out, through one nice, and more honest employee that, because I rented through Hotwire, they could get more money for the vehicles. They weren't all spoken for. The airport manager would give me a much smaller vehicle that was equivalent to my deal price for the size vehicle that I need. Unfortunately I needed the bigger vehicle. They're all committed. Except they weren't. And my vehicle is troubled to unsafe. We drive it very carefully and slowly now, and have lost any additional use of it for the week. I've learned a lot about how Enterprise/National/Alamo does business. I'm good never renting from a place that would put a damaged vehicle out on the road simply because they aren't making another $225 bucks on the week. Avoid this place. It's bogus. read more

It was a bad experience, I had my car getting repaired by the insurance so they covered the rental (60$ per day is in my policy- so the enterprise people wanted to make sure they give me something to take the whole 60$). my car is a sedan, we got picked up by a nice old man from enterprise who was lovely, when we arrived at the location, we were told that they only have Large SUV ( toyota Highlander- sure to utilize the whole 60$), I told them that I was not comfortable with it however they did not offer any other option, I took it and kept calling for the follow 3 days and every time I was told it will be the next day they can exchange it for me. On Sunday I called enterprise directly ( not the location) and asked if the same location has other cars available to rent and they confirmed they did. I also by then have the maintenance light comes on, I called them back and told them I need to return the car for maintenance and to go with smaller car, the guy on the other end was like "no Sir, we maintained it but they forgot to reset the light, you have another 5000 miles before it is due", I can see the sticker on the windshield and he was lying period. but I did not want to argue with them anymore. He took my number and said they will call me to exchange it on Monday as they have most of the cars returned and ready. Never did after 9 days I returned the highlander as my car was fixed. save your money and rent on your own and have your insurance reimburse you instead. the one star is for the old man who picked us up from Caliber. the rest of the team should be retrained for customer service and to be truthful. read more

This place is Terrible we rented a luxury car for 7 people to drive to a hockey game and called to say the car was ready and then came to pick it up and we got told the car got Given away when they had called to say it was ready they then offered a cargo van then they took it to get detailed when we had to leave to get to the hockey game and we had to wait for a cargo van when we paid for something else entirely and we got it about 30-40 minutes after waiting. read more

We got a flat tire, had insurance. On vacation from out of town. The representative could've cared less, offered no help. Customer service has promised a no hassle replacement. We spent another 3 hours getting the tire fixed. I would never recommend them. Compassion and empathy is free. They obviously don't expect that from their employees. Disgusted!!! read more

We waited 2 hrs only to be gaslit by Marshall and get kicked out of the store bc he said he didn't like the way we were talking to him, when in reality i was just asking a question about miles per gallon which he said he doesn't get trained to know that kind of information. We had an excellent experience renting from this Enterprise location. Marshall has outstanding customer service skills and is super friendly and personable. Picking up was easy and so convenient. Upon returning the vehicle, Marshall was doing what he does best with a room full of customers returning and picking up. He was so calm and did not seem stressed in the least bit. Jonathan was very helpful when we returned the vehicle. He was also very friendly. He and Marshall worked so well together. Not sure if its this location specifically or just enterprise, but my experience so far is they never has cars in stock. Whether you make a reservation or just show up doesn't matter. Earlier in the year we reserved a car over a month in advance. Showed up the day to pick up the vehicle. Car not available. Almost ruined my family vacation. We waited and waited. And finally another car showed up. Not the class we wanted but we had to settle. Found out after hitting the road that the car had a slow leak in the tire. Here again today same issue. Car we reserved not available. Edit : from reading other reviews it seems like this location in particular is crap. Problems like this is usually poor management. This company is the worst company to rent from.. how is it that you rent a car and the car brakes down on you and they want you to pay for the damages. I rented a van to travel to North Carolina with my family for my nephews wedding, so the rented vehicle was a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. This vehicle runs either battery or gas.. since I'm a type of driver that don't use battery because I don't have time to put a car to charge, I was using gas.. now mind you these people(enterprise) failed to put oil... I didn't know until the vehicle started to smoke and had to leave the vehicle at a gas station miles away from home. This is unfair that now enterprise is trying to blame me for the damage of this vehicle. I tried to give enterprise another chance but have failed me once again. This is ridiculous. Shame on this company saying I damaged there vehicle when this vehicle had no oil and now they trying to blame things on me. read more

This has been the single most horrendous experience I have ever had trying to get a rental car. They literally told me they were coming to get me and never did. None of the "customer service" agents or even the manager could of possibly cared less. I ended up not getting a vehicle until the next day and didn't even get the correct car. I was supposed to get a sedan and instead got a mini van. On top of that they made me wait outside in the heat for nearly 45 minutes while "getting it ready" even though it was the exact same van they picked me up in. The level of unprofessionalism at this location among staff and supposed "managers" is astounding. I reserved a minivan two weeks in advance. I confirmed two days prior that the vehicle would be ready. Upon arrival I was told they did not have the minivan and they offered me a midsize car, hardly a substitute for a party of 7 people traveling. The staff and managers there were absolutely oblivious to the impact this caused for our travel plans. Their only response was "call corporate ." And when I asked for a corporate number they responded rather smugly, "1-800-Rent-a-car." Apparently this is standard practice at this location as I could hear the staff telling callers the same thing and laughing with each other about it. The flippant mob culture of this branch is disheartening and almost sickening. If this is how Enterprise allows their staff to operate and behave, it is obvious their commercials about service are hollow. Before responding and telling me that reservations are not a guarantee, please review your terminology and maybe recast them as "requests" or "suggestions." Avoid this location at all costs! And I will be avoiding Enterprise and all their affiliates in the future. read more

I received great service. Milo picked my dad and I up from the auto body repair, drove very safely to the rent a center, and provided EXCELLENT service despite working under the Florida heat. Business is being conducted outside, under the south Florida sun and under covid stress! But being outside in the open air is probably for the best. Don't forget to bring your masks. Even outside, you have to stay 6 feet from other people so there aren't that many chairs. Still, we had a good experience in an already stressful time. Thank you Milo and see you soon! read more

Enterprise is always my go-to when renting a car. Mainly because I'm 24 and don't quite qualify for any of the other rental car places yet. ;) just kidding... kind of. Getting this rental car wasn't on the greatest of terms and was not on my dime (thanks insurance company of the person who hit me...) but from the moment I walked in Ricky who runs this enterprise location was extremely helpful and friendly. He made what could have easily been a frustrating experience a lot smoother. He offered me a Jeep to drive for the week but I had to take one for the team. Five of my co-workers and I were going to Disney but none of us had anything bigger than a four seater so... mini van it was. It was a good week in the Mini V and I got a taste of what being a van mom might be like someday... not for MANY days though. Hello compact cars. All joking aside, I brought my van back to them and they even waived the "young driver" fee for me after I insisted that the insurance company should pay for it. Whoops. All in all a good experience. Worst experience ever (again) - received text 2 hours before pickup that the vehicle was delayed. Then I received an update that a replacement was found and would be ready. However, it was short one seat and seatbelt as requested. Then there was no estimate of when I would have a vehicle. This was all after confirmation of the reservation more than a week before. The excuse was they want to make sure they provide a safe vehicle for their customers. But this has happened to me twice now. Happens once, shame on them. Happens twice, shame on me. Worst rental experience ever from this location. Daughters vehicle was involved in an accident so insurance company sent her to this location to pick up her rental. Their employee who rented her the vehicle kept mixing up our insurance company with other insurance companies polices. First he told her she would be responsible for 20% of the rental which was not correct with our insurance company, then as we went back inside the office to sign papers he asked if she wanted to add an extra driver which we stated no we don't need to add one, he then stated oh you can add a driver if under the same policy the fees would be waived. So she stated ok as long as it's not going to cost me more he stated no it will be waived. Well after 30 days her credit card was charged over $457 when she turned in the rental and asked about the charge she was told it was for the extra driver. She then stated I was told it would be waived because of insurance covers it. The guy behind the counter stated yeah no that's our policy take it up with your insurance company. She stated to the guy behind the counter that guy right there told me that. He stated none of would ever state that. Which was a flat out lie. Our insurance company tried to get them to remove the fee or meet half way but the manger Chris said No it's our policy and the charges stay. Worst rental company ever. I will never rent from this company ever again, especially this branch. Forget calling corporate, no one works. No response back from corporate. So if your a small person in that big cycle they don't care. Avoid Enterprise, they rip you off. read more

I reserved my car 3 weeks ahead of time for my trip. They call me the day of, an hour before I'm supposed to pick up my car, and tell me they dont have my car. And they'll try to find me one. They didnt try. I had to call all the other enterprises in the area to locate a vehicle. Even talked to the people at corporate, they found me a a vehicle and reserved it at a different location and that location wouldn't let me take the vehicle because the reservation MADE BY CORPORATE wasnt made 24 hours ago so they wouldn't honor it. Also when you reserve a vehicle you have to pay for the insurance at the time of reservation, and since I had to go do a whole run around, the location that I was finally able to get a vehicle from wouldn't honor that payment towards the insurance so I had to pay for insurance twice! It took HOURS after my original reservation time to get a vehicle. Making me have to rearrange my entire trip and miss out on an entire day at the hotel which I was unable to get refunded. I missed shows that's I had tickets for, HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LOST!!! And I probably gained an ulcer from the 6 hours of stress and runaround. And theres a bunch of additional shit they charge you for and dont tell you about when you make a reservation. And the workers are just like "yea it happens sometimes" no sorry about the inconvenience of fucking up your entire weekend. NOT A SINGLE PERSON SAID SORRY!!! Hot trash. I had a rental from this location while my car was being repaired. I dropped off the rental at the service facility on Friday where my car was being repaired and left my baby's car seat in the car. On Saturday afternoon when I realized of my mistake I tried calling both facilities but they were closed for the day. I called Enterprise on Sunday at 9:30 when they opened and the gentleman I spoke with told me the car had not been picked up and recommended I called Caliber Collision first thing Monday morning. I called Caliber Collision on Monday and was told the cars were picked up on Friday, the lady confirmed that she had seen the car seat in the rental but thought I had rented it from Enterprise. I called Enterprise back and was told in fact that the car was picked up on Friday that there was no car seat and that they were not responsible. All "managers" I spoke with at this facility were very dismissive, lacked customer service and treated me like a liar. In fact they told me I had not called on Sunday and that I never left the car seat in the car. I drove to this location today requesting to see the car seats they rent out to their customers and I was told they don't do car seat rental. Enterprise prides itself for their customer service as well as their inspection and cleaning protocols. If they were truly inspecting their cars and sanitizing them they would have seen the car seat, this is not a small item that can easily get lost.
