I stopped at another Jiffy Lube in Daytona Beach to see what was wrong. At first they thought it was a bigger issue that would cost hundreds. But then one guy thought to check something that he said he highly doubted was the issue. He thought, MAYBE there's a chance they didn't put back on the oil pan which keeps the oil in and prevents it from all coming out. BINGO! That was it. This place failed to put the oil pan back and all the new oil I had JUST paid for all was lost and I was left with 0 oil. They said it was good thing I came in and stopped driving it or my vehicle engine would have been damaged. This place is a big NO GO. How could such incompetence happen?!?

Being that I received a business card from Milestone Motors a few months ago that specializes in BMW auto repairs, I decided to give them a go. I figured they would tell me it wasn't under warranty and give me a fair price for whatever the repair was going to be based on what I looked up online. I was right. They did an excellent job performing a diagnostics on my car, also letting me know on other areas that were going to need my attention in the near future for repairs. Keep in mind, you will have to pay for the full diagnostics check but you will know everything that will need to be addressed in the future. I also was able at no additional charge to have my CarPlay working on my car again thanks to their review. They provide complimentary Lyft ride share to your house or work, which is very nice. They also have loaner options through Enterprise for about $35 a day if you need a car while yours is in the shop. They are flexible if you need to split up payment by different cards, etc. Jennifer who advised me on my car was clear and direct with the steps. Provided a full review of the inspection results and options for either approving or declining repairs. I have my confirmed auto shop to use outside of BMW going forward that is close enough to my house and ensure I have a fair deal on repairs as they arise.

Jenny at the front desk was super friendly and helpful (she earns them the second star). She got me in right away, but I wish she had mentioned the $229 diagnostic fee when I called. It's not unheard of, but it's about double the norm. Since I had already paid $150 to tow my Jeep SRT there, I felt stuck and agreed. A few hours later, the real shock: $1,920 to replace a stock fuel pump. When I questioned the price, discounts started flying--too little, too late. I expect fair pricing from the beginning, not after I push back. So I paid another $150 to tow it out. The icing on the cake? Their upsell system flagged over $4,500 in "recommended" maintenance, including $1,178 for an oil pan gasket (despite no leaks or signs of wear) and $90 for a cabin filter. They do things in a timely manner. They communicate very well. I would highly recommend getting your tires done at this Goodyear location. I have never once had a problem they have good morals and they run on ethics always a job all done. I appreciate everything they do.

Schedule my vehicle to be worked on at this Tire Kingdom after previously taking it to this…read morelocation. We were recommended to replace the sway bar, sway bar links, and the outer-tie rods on both sides of the vehicle. Mind you, sway bars are heavy large metal rods that connect both sides of the suspension/linkage to the vehicle and is all metal; very hard to bend it or damage it. I was skeptical to say the least. We called several times to confirm the SWAY BAR needed to be replaced; yes was the answer. I will test someone's integrity and truthfulness due to the society we live in today. I painted my old sway bar in certain places to test that integrity. Upon picking up the vehicle and inspecting, the sway bar WAS NOT replaced. I confronted the service rep and asked if the sway bar or sway bar links were replaced and he stated the sway bar. A mechanic who worked on the vehicle came over and showed me the sway bar links were replaced, and stated the sway bar was not replaced. I confronted the service rep specifically and then he changed his story and said the sway bar links. I was charged for almost 3 hours of service with 2 new tires and balancing, so I'm not mad about the time charge considering removing/mounting new tires and balancing takes some time. I am mad about the sway bar stating it was replaced. It literally takes 15 minutes to change both sway bar links, if even that. I'm disappointed in the rep that he was not knowledgeable in sway bar/sway bar links and not knowing the work being replaced or just dishonesty and not wanting to admit it. Sway bar links, outer tie-rods, tires, and balancing were all good though, so well-done by the mechanic. Disappointed with the service rep.
