I stopped at another Jiffy Lube in Daytona Beach to see what was wrong. At first they thought it was a bigger issue that would cost hundreds. But then one guy thought to check something that he said he highly doubted was the issue. He thought, MAYBE there's a chance they didn't put back on the oil pan which keeps the oil in and prevents it from all coming out. BINGO! That was it. This place failed to put the oil pan back and all the new oil I had JUST paid for all was lost and I was left with 0 oil. They said it was good thing I came in and stopped driving it or my vehicle engine would have been damaged. This place is a big NO GO. How could such incompetence happen?!?

I discovered when I went to pick up my car that the shop stated the check engine light was still going on so to the lower flaps on the front grill that they couldn't correct from their end. Being that I received a business card from Milestone Motors a few months ago that specializes in BMW auto repairs, I decided to give them a go. I figured they would tell me it wasn't under warranty and give me a fair price for whatever the repair was going to be based on what I looked up online. I was right. They did an excellent job performing a diagnostics on my car, also letting me know on other areas that were going to need my attention in the near future for repairs. Keep in mind, you will have to pay for the full diagnostics check but you will know everything that will need to be addressed in the future. I also was able at no additional charge to have my CarPlay working on my car again thanks to their review. They provide complimentary Lyft ride share to your house or work, which is very nice. They also have loaner options through Enterprise for about $35 a day if you need a car while yours is in the shop. They are flexible if you need to split up payment by different cards, etc. Jennifer who advised me on my car was clear and direct with the steps. Provided a full review of the inspection results and options for either approving or declining repairs. I have my confirmed auto shop to use outside of BMW going forward that is close enough to my house and ensure I have a fair deal on repairs as they arise.

They do things in a timely manner. They communicate very well. I would highly recommend getting your tires done at this Goodyear location. I have never once had a problem they have good morals and they run on ethics always a job all done. I appreciate everything they do.

I don't know, with some negative reviews, how our experiences could be so far apart. I go there without hesitation. I see the same workers that have been there for the long haul. I explained again, and he said that he could not help me. I asked for his manager or owner and he responded that he was the manager and again there was nothing he could do. So basically, given the opportunity to make things right and keep a customer, he chose to lose me and let this review to remain as is. They were very friendly and I was greeted and treated exceptionally well. The manager came out, looked at my tire and within minutes my car was inside being serviced. I was told that it would probably take about an hour and I walked over to McDonald's and had some breakfast and by the time I got back my car was ready. Since I had the hazard insurance there was no charge for my tire repair. I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for many years and this is my favorite location. I can honestly say they have always treated me very well and fair so I have no complaints ever.
