So we called the closest town over, which made us have to back track 30 min. It's ok! We made it to Napa, Sean and one other gentleman got us the part, let us replace it in their parking lot, lent us the tools we needed and even helped loosen a couple bolts that we could not! When stopping at a gas station to figure out what the heck to do, the attendant there suggested I try the body shop next door. I walked over there and met the owner of the shop and he was quite possibly one of the nicest people I had ever met. He dropped what he was doing to give me an on the spot estimate and even drove me to get a rental car. He totally took charge and took all the worry out of the whole ordeal. Better yet, he will have my van completed in two weeks and even deliver it back to my home town. Amazing customer service and amazing people.

We rented an Enterprise rental for our 2 week long road trip across the country. We needed to get…read morean oil change on our van. The closest Firestone was in Sheridan Wyoming. We scheduled an appointment via telephone and headed to the location. Once we arrived, Marie (who appeared to be unfriendly at first) helped us check in and got us started. They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. Overall, we were satisfied with our visit and thank you Marie for advising us about the tires!

When we showed up for our appointment, there was a lady at the front desk that said we did not have an appointment. She argued with my husband and said he did not call. He showed her the number he called on his call log on his iPhone, and which was their number and was logged for about a 40 second call (during which he made the appointment the previous day). She did not apologize and we left and went to Les Schwab Tires down the street who took us in immediately. Firestone lost a good customer. What poor customer service! I was told four separate times that they would call me; no calls ever came. Only times that I could get any sort of update was to physically go down to their shop. The owner told me he would try different strategies and call, but he never called. Several times both my wife and I called and they'd never answer, I left several messages. Finally went down and got my truck after the third week and one day. After paying my "bill" and getting my key, I found the truck unlocked, hood not latched and batteries almost dead on their back lot. Luckily truck started. I also had told them several times that I needed the boxes and the parts back that I had switched out on truck only to find them missing. After several long minutes they finally found them. Not very happy with service or the communication they provided. Definitely would not recommend this shop! Don't waste your time.

It was convenient and when they prepped cars we didn't notice much beyond some expected wispy scratches in areas, but this is causing damage. Both the owners and manager are great, customer service is great as well typically, but the nature of a brush wash in Wyoming might make this unavoidable if you have a dark car. I understand that we live on a dirt road, but for nearly $40/month I'd continue to expect that the dirt and dust be washed off my car before sending me through. We will go back to washing by hand.
