It is extremely difficult to actually get through in the phone & talk to someone at this location and when you do get someone, they are extremely short with you and you can tell they hate their job. Also if you are looking for a rental vehicle with navigation, this location does not offer rentals with navigation, if I would have known this I would have rented else where.. definitely won't be back. I really wish I could go lower now. We finally finished with our rental experience. Dropped the car off in the night drop box Thursday night and they charged us through the weekend. I usually don't waste my time or anyone else's reviewing a car rental company because they're all the same to me. Wait in line because someone always has an issue, hand over your ID and credit card, decline car upgrade, feature upgrades, extra drivers, 16 types of insurance, gas, etc...I wish I could just tell them I'm going to say "no" to the next 10 questions that come out of your mouth...initial 6 times, sign 3 times and you're off. But this location is worth reviewing because props need to go out to one of the agents named Larry. We reserved a one way rental to get us to eastern Washington and having an original reservation for an SUV, we threw a slight curve ball to Larry by actually wanting to upgrade to a larger SUV with all wheel drive because of the excessive snow and tire requirements to get through the Snoqualmie Pass. Our unexpected upgrade wasn't ready because it needed to be washed. After a 15 minute wait, I was watching Larry taking care of other customers and after he got a moment I saw him take off. I walked outside of the building, rounded the corner, and saw him helping the employee cleaning by power spraying our car and hand wiping other areas. When finished, he brought the car out front and described all pertinent features of the car, including where the switch was to change to four wheel drive. Thank you sir for going above and beyond the normal call of duty. read more

I had to get my car repaired so I was due a rental. It helped that Enterprise was right next door for convenience. The Enterprise Rep/Brian was so helpful to me! The insurance company gave me a Nissan Sentra to drive, nice, cute car but my knees were heavily protesting getting in and out of the car. Brian went out of his way to contact the insurance company to upgrade me to what was comparable to what I was already driving. Jumped on the phone to contact the insurance ASAP! When they did get back to him, he called me right away and said come in, I got a car for you that sits up higher for your needs! Nice, nice helpful guys in this office! If you need a rental and don't like dealing with salesmen, these are the guys to go to! Very friendly and go out of their way to help you! management is horrible. I had to deal with the Bobby the manager and he has no customer service skills. My vehicle was hit by a drunk driver and well it was in the shop for two months the insurance company paid for Rental. There were supplementals done that extended the rental agreement with the insurance company but Bobby was too lazy to call and check or would lie and say he checked and asked for the car to be returned. to make matters worse he would call at 1:30 in the afternoon and asked for it to be returned by four and I'm not even off work till five. He did this three times. All of which the insurance Company told me don't worry about it there is a rental extension due to supplements. He never address me by name and would call on anonymous however I always return his calls immediately. Finally I am returning the car before My vehicle is done being repaired. Enterprise corporate however has agreed to help me rent at another agency of theirs until my vehicle is done. Bobby is a bad representation of enterprise and I believe he should be dismissed from his position. Horrible customer service just horrible! read more

Renter beware. I have used this store many times before but I really feel cheated today. I rented a SUV this week from Saturday-Monday for $20 a day- great service too. Had to go back the very next day, Tuesday, and rented a car because my car had to go back in the shop. The price $36.99 a day. What?? I asked repeatedly why and I was told they don't break even unless they rent for $34 a day and that it is supply and demand. So basically they make up the price when you walk in the door. Very disappointed. I am telling everyone I know that this place prays on people who are stuck and need to rent a car. read more

Speedy service and a great vehicle. They upgraded us to a 7 passenger SUV when the minivan we reserved was unavailable. We needed the extra space for a road trip to the Oregon Coast with my In-Laws. Returning the vehicle was a breeze and the price was the best in the area. read more

I always have great customer service at enterprise. This location called me the day before my rental would be complete just to go over a few things to make sure I was satisfied. I heard that this place had good reviews and i was looking for something fun to test out over the weekend while i was car shopping. not only did enterprise pick me up and give me a good deal, but Ben was so awesome that it made the entire experience enjoyable. He showed me all the different cars and walked me through their features so that I had a better idea of what was out there. I guess they even sell their cars too. last week, my husband's car overheated as he was driving to the airport, to pick up his mother. While he was limping back to the shop, I was making a reservation with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. By the time he walked there from the shop, the car was ready to go. Even though it was a last minute reservation, the rate was only $19/day. They were so fast and efficient, he made it to the airport in time. We used the car throughout her visit. When I returned it, they gave me a ride home. I have used this place every time I visit Snohomish.Chandler Kokosz and also the Manager, Collin Ames treated us wonderfully.We originally were going to use a compact vehicle but we were suddenly needing a larger vehicle that could accommodate a person who recently had surgery. They were able to work with us in getting a bigger vehicle and also helping us with find a price solution that would work for us for this added cost. Their cheerfulness as well as their eagerness to please is will worth returning to this place. I will continue to do so. read more

Service sucks. Didn't want to take a debit card so my friend used his CC. Picked up van Saturday morning, returned it Sunday morning. They charged him an extra $56 bucks said we didn't returned til Sunday night. CHECK YOUR CAMERAS DUMBASSES!!!! Now he has to wait for a week to get his refund. My advice to anyone who rents from these clowns to follow up on the charges. read more
