He inspected the vehicle before handing over the keys. He suggested the vehicle be tidied up more and freshened up. Vehicle looked clean and smelled great. As the days went on I smelled cigars and cologne. At times, it flared up my sinus and I don't have allergies. After 2 weeks it finally aired out with the sunroof open and eating a bite or two in the car. I had the vehicle for 3 weeks. It drove smooth. I did have to put air in the tires within 2-3 days. At the return, Seth told me I could have traded the car but I was okay plus working a new job that has me travel by district had me pretty busy. Good to know in the future. Huge plus this location is connected to the collision center.

I gave this location and the manager, Mr. Terrill, a 5-star rating and his wonderful customer…read moreservice. This Enterprise location did right by me. On November 20th, I rented a vehicle from this location to take care of some family business for my deceased father and attend my grandmother's funeral service in Tallulah, Louisiana. The 2024 Hyundai Tuscan I rented started to become slightly problematic as I was going through Georgia and right as I touched Alabama. I didn't think much of it and though maybe it was the a/c causing it to have its little quirks. Nope it was really something serious wrong with the vehicle and it got to the point that it was randomly cutting off on me. My scariest moment was when the Tuscan lost complete power as I was crossing the Vicksburg Bridge, and I was less than an inch from being hit by an 18-wheeler. Why was I still trying to drive a problematic vehicle? Enterprise customer service agent, who I reported the vehicle issue to, told me that I had to be at my hotel in Vicksburg or someone's home address in Vicksburg, MS. My family live in Tallulah, and I know no one in Vicksburg. I did ask the agent, why could he not allow the vehicle to be pick up from the community center in Tallulah? He stated some blah, blah about Enterprise policy and said I had to be at the hotel I was staying at in Vicksburg or a home address in Vicksburg. He also told me that if I did not agree to it then it would be Monday afternoon before I could get a rental from the Enterprise in Jackson, MS. I could not wait until Monday afternoon because I have to have the rental back in Fayetteville, NC by Monday late afternoon. The agent also told me that I had to wait at the hotel until the tow truck driver arrived and that it will be a 4 to 8 hour wait. If could give that Enterprise agent a -1-star rating, I would do just that. My experience with the Enterprise customer service agent was horrible. I missed my grandmothers repass at the community center and I did not get to see, my two aunts, my uncle and his wife and my baby cousin off before they had to head back to Texas. All because the agent said due to Enterprise policy, he could not send a tow truck driver to the community center nor my grandmother's house in Tallulah. I wish I had written down the agent's name and employee number, so I could report him. Unfortunately, I did think to do that because I was in mourning. I honestly feel like this agent lied to me because if I was not able to start the car at all, he would have had to pick it up from there. I felt like the agent from Enterprise customer service but me in harm's way all the way around. I seriously could have lost my life, multiple times, trying to drive that p.o.s. mechanical issue infested vehicle. All because a lying Enterprise customer service agent look at me as an inconvenience to Enterprise, to send a tow truck driver to Tallulah but rather have me to drive 15 minutes in a vehicle with mechanical issues to Vicksburg, MS. That was the scariest and longest 15/20-minute drive ever because the vehicle lost power on me 8 times while driving across that bridge. I have no issue with this Skibo location BUT Enterprise corporation need to do better with their customer service agents because lying to customers, being lazy not wanting to do their job and causing me an inconvenience is not cool at all. I was very upset, and I still am because that Enterprise customer service agent treated me like I was nobody and the corporation should have made it right.
