Omg. This is the most disreputable place I have encountered in Canada. I needed an alternator and…read morethey said they had a tested one. Picked it up paid 100 then paid a guy to switch out the alternator . The alternator didn't work. Ask the guy to take it out again he obliged I took both alternators to part source they checked both. The one they sold me was a dud. The mechanic had already called them and told them it wasn't working they said bring it back. I took it back and they said no I'm not returning your money. You don't need it so you want your money back. I asked them to check it. No way. They flat out refused. I told them I'm not leaving till I get my 100. Then they threatened to move my car with a loader or tow which they would charge me for. Disgusting behaviour calling me a bitch it was a total nightmare. I realize they will erase this review so I'm opening a Facebook page about them. With video. And pictures. When they boxed me in with their bobcat. I phoned the police as the police arrived they were backing their bobcat towards my car trying to threaten me. Avoid this place at all costs. More to come

I was pleased at the speed they could get our vehicle in and it seems they did a good job. However,…read morethe labour was substantially high and he would have been absolutely fine letting me pay DOUBLE if I hadn't questioned it. When I questioned the price of the labour he did not sound inexperienced in quipping back, "Oh, that's an algorithm. I don't know why it does that. I'll fix that" and he brought the price down. If this is an algorithm, the implication was that his system is set up to do this EVERY time. ONLY if the customer complains he will manually correct the algorithm! Also, it was pretty certain we knew what the problem was when we brought it in but they still had to charge a whole inspection fee and labour? I don't know of other mechanics that do that when the problem is not difficult to diagnose. No wonder mechanics get a bad rep and I could get into this place at the drop of a hat when my trusted mechanic was unwell, and that the a place like Econolube with 5 star ratings couldn't get me in for 2 weeks.
