My experience with this location for my father was beyond horrible customer service. They did not have a vehicle and I booked this for him last month as of March 2026. This location is seriously understaffed. I have rented a car from here at least twice and each time I have waited at least 45 mins to an hour without an explanation for the long wait. I also made reservations which is clearly pointless. Unfortunately, my company utilizes Enterprise and this is the closest location to my home. I am definitely considering driving to another location further out for faster and better customer service. My experience at the Stone Mountain location has always been faster and a lot pleasant. read more

I have been here four times. Every time I go the cars stink of cigarettes and butt, no joke. I always have to go to another location one time the smell was so bad I couldn't even drive the car to another enterprise to exchange it. I have used this site multiple times and have always received excellent and caring service. This time was no different. I needed a car immediately and they gave me one. Recently, I have noticed that every time I go there, they have someone who is trying to get them to do some unorthodox transaction, despite that, the staff is still kind and patient. I like these guys because the one in Morrow is always packed, and they sometimes fail to check their sign in sheet. Also, what is with them changing the car sizes and charging upgrade fees in Morrow? Customer Service was not good and the car was filthy. My car was wrecked and I used the shuttle to pick up the rental. Shuttle guy was very friendly. Once I got there the customer service agents didn't acknowledge me before or while helping other customers. No hold on someone will assist you in a moment or anything. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. My initial reservation was with the Morrow location because of the wonderful experiences I'd had with that location before. However, I did not go with my first instinct, and elected to change my reservation to the Stockbridge location....THIS WAS A HORRIBLE MISTAKE! Never again!!! The representatives were dishonest in their discussions with me. I reserved & paid for a FULL SIZED CAR and they gave me a MID-SIZED CAR and the difference in those cars caused my road trip to be one of the most uncomfortable trips my family has taken! When I called back to discuss the blatant lies told to me by the representative, he had the audacity to insult my intelligence and tell me a Ford Fusion was a full sized car! Because Avis (Hwy 138 Stockbridge location) " stood me up" I went to this local Enterprise.. Very professional men. I reserved online to pick up car at 10am. I arrived at 938am and was driving away at 956am..In and out in a snap. Didnt feel rush. Did walk a round, went over policies, payment, emailed, and a handshake..and on my way.. DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!! GO TO AVIS OR HERTZ INSTEAD! I've been fighting over $37 from Enterprise since August 2018. Long story short, this Enterprise location gave me a 2018 Nissan Rouge that screen was messed up and calling people constantly on my phone. I noticed all of this right after I took off and filled up the car at the nearby QuikTrip, I turned right back around to get another car. I let them know that I already put gas in the Rouge so I would like to have my money back. The manager at this facility told me "enterprise could not do that". Since then, I have called Enterprise Customer Service FOUR TIMES about this situation, I was told I would receive a call from the store manager or something like that. It is now NOVEMBER and received NO CALL. ENTERPRISE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP! BEWARE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! read more

I wrecked my car on the 8/5/22 and was considered a total loss. With that said, I really needed things to go as smooth as possible with my rental. My insurance company put everything in the system by Monday, so I did my part and reserved my rental for pickup on Tuesday 8/9/22 @ 12:00. I received a phone call and saying that my car wouldn't be ready for the time I selected and he would give me a call before they close to let me know if they have something...I never received that call! I call them the next morning and was told the exact same thing, so I made them aware that I was told this yesterday and that I would really appreciate it not to happen again. I never received a call so I started calling them the last hour they were open. You would've thought they were screening my call because no one answered. Now it's Thursday and my livelihood depends on me having transportation so I'm frustrated with Enterprise so I call corporate and put in an escalation report and was told that someone will reach out to me within 2 hours...That never happened, so I call the local branch again and was told that it would probably be Tuesday 8/16/22, because they don't even have me on the list for pickups. Now there is another list that I don't know anything about, I'm obviously frustrated and I drop the F bomb, in the sense of ,"you got to be fucking kidding me". She immediately takes offense, which she has no place to be offended. She then hangs up on me and inserted some notes saying I was rude. I have since then put in two more reservations, 3 more escalation reports, and not one call from the Fleet Manager, Regional Manager, or anyone. I went up to the location 8/17/22 and was told once again it will be 8/22/22 before she maybe could get me in a car. That would be a total of 18 days since my accident and 14 days since my first reservation. This establishment is so unprofessional it's ridiculous and the management doesn't seem to care about their customers! read more

When the say "the fish stinks from the head" look no further, they take your complaints and ask for more information, sent a extremely detailed email and received crickets!!! I called to ask if I can pick up my rental early because I wouldn't be able to make it there at my reservation they told me NO and ended the call. They failed to tell me if I was 30 minutes late I would lose my reservation that information would have been important on the phone when said I couldn't make the reservation time. read more

The customer service at this location is terrible. A rental agreement was arranged by our insurance company following an accident. After contacting the location for a pick-up, we were asked to call back once we were at the collision repair shop. Upon returning a call for a pickup, we were placed on hold for 10 minutes, then the phones were disconnected for the day. The employees working that evening must have closed the location early, leaving the only solution of contacting the police and arranging a ride to the airport location. Two phone messages on 12/23/15 were never returned and we spoke with the location manager on 12/28/15 and a promised return call has never been received either. Obviously they have no concern for their customers at all. We have not even been offered an apology. Avoid this company at all cost! read more

First impression was wonderful . . . Being an alone woman, it was nice having a woman pick me up from the body shop to shuttle me to the Enterprise office. Considering the safety and comfort of women, I thought that was a great added touch! The office staff was professional, quick and courteous. Regarding my rental, it was mechanically great, I thought it seemed a little dirty and not well cared for, but as far as running condition it was fine. Will rent from them again. read more

Horrible experience with this branch. They completely messed up my credit card with their ill-advised staff, who didn't have my reservation when they were supposed to, my car filthy upon arrival, and they gave me attitude and overall poor service all throughout. Also, they held my deposit almost 2 months after I returned the car! I went through hell and high water to get my deposit back, and they were the least helpful. The worst place to ever rent a car from. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Last time I was here one of the staff members didn't want to rent out a vehicle to me, "Lord knows why not" but he couldn't give me a valid answer on why he didn't want to rent me a car. He said something was wrong with my license, which was incorrect. My license was up to date and clean driving record. After I insisted on getting a vehicle because there was no way something was wrong with my license. He then proceeded to kicking me out of the facility in front of other costumers and threaten me to putting his hands on me. The manager came and calmed him down and nothing was fixed. Luckily I wasn't with my partner because he would've gotten the beaten of his life and probably still will if I ever see that man again. HORRIBLE RACIST PLACE! read more

The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and helpful as well as understanding regarding a small matter that happened (left my credit card at home and had to go back to get it). We rented a 12 passenger van and had no problems, it was clean and upon returning it, spoke with the manager who was outside detailing other cars and was told not to worry about anything, that he would take care of everything. I always rent from Enterprise but this was the first time renting at this location and I will definitely rent from this location again. read more

1st of this location is extremely understaffed and unprofessional. Every time I go into this location they have more customers than employees to service them. There is no structure involved or certain jobs for the employees to do when it comes to the flow of the customers. Also these people will take your personal information (financial information) and use it as they please. They often leave a lot of the clients unattended or will start with one and than start with another and cant come back to the one they started with. I have a claim open with my insurance company and was instructed to wait to hear from my insurance company before making payment. They were made aware of this and still decided to charge my card with my knowledge or authorization. You do not charge someones card with out there knowledge especially if there are insurance claims inveigled and details that need to be worked out. If they will do that than they could use it for whatever they please. I would definitely watch out. read more

Went to enterprise for a rental following an accident (which wasn't my fault) while my car was in the shop for 2-3 days. The body shop called to have me picked up (approx. 4 miles from enterprise) and it took them 30+ minutes to get there. Once I was at enterprise they couldn't find the reservation (although I had a confirmation number). I offered the confirmation number and the guy behind the desk wouldn't even acknowledge I had it. Once he found the confirmation he tried to "upsize" me multiple times, even though I told him I was not interested as the car would only be used 2 maybe 3 times.Then they told me I would be charged 50 to 100 dollars due to fees and "my part of the cost" (mind you I wasn't at fault for the accident, and the guy that hit me insurance company should be handling all associated costs). When asked what fees and what I would be charged for the guy could not provide a solid answer and was very sketchy. I did not offer up my card to him and called a friend to come pick me up. read more
