My rental had a flat tire. Road side assistance advised me to go there to swap a vehicle instead of getting the tire changed. The woman to the far left told me I could swap it out for a small vehicle. I agree. I waited a while and then she told me to go to Firestone. I was reluctant because both places were about to close soon. I went to Firestone and they couldn't do the work to my car because nobody from the enterprise would approve the work order or answer the phone. Don't go to this location. My mom rented a car for 4 days Friday July 17 5:30pm to Monday July 20 5:30 for a family trip / vacation to North Carolina so i checked in and made a reservation and everything. So when the day came on Friday to pick it up my mom had to leave work early and she got there on time . When she went in to pick up the car they said the car wasn't there for me that the other person who rented it still has it but beforehand they didn't call her , email her or text her saying the car wasn't ready . So she had to pay a whole bunch of money to find another way to get to North Carolina and my thing is if somebody else has the car rented the car shouldn't be on the site for someone else to rent because 50/50 of the time they don't bring the car back on time . This location at 7254 Jonesboro Rd, Morrow GA, is not worth your time. Just look at all the 1 star reviews from real customers. If you post a negative review they attempt to delete it. They do not follow Enterprise corporate policy - if you make a reservation in advance they might give your vehicle to another customer to use who walked in as a walk-in and you will end up having to go to another location anyway. (Some franchises might try to boost their profits by profiting off of walk-ins). If you ask other locations or the airport location they will tell you that when you make the reservation and get a reservation confirmation number it means the location has the vehicle ready and reserved for your pickup. If you arrive and the vehicle is not at the location after you reserved it, it means the location gave the vehicle to someone else in violation of the corporate policy. 4/11 I had a reservation from a week in advance and it was changed for 4/11 to 1pm. 4/11 1pm they claim they don't have the vehicle (wonder why- probably rented out). I am military and they were rude to me and I ended up having to reserve through another location. I also witnessed the employees being rude to local customers. You should just go to other rental car locations and save yourself the trouble of going somewhere that doesn't follow their own corporate policies. ******* Enterprise corporate tip: If you go here and they don't have your vehicle from your reservation you can call Enterprise customer service and they can move your reservation over the phone to another location. My insurance company sent me to Enterprise to get a rental... worst experience of my life. I was told by my insurance company that I was only supposed to pay $50, he was trying to charge me 90.88, my card declined. The funds were available. The card has a Visa logo, it doesn't require a number, but enterprise wouldn't accept it. The second location, the young lady was pleasant enough, she said the card came back as prepaid, which it is not. I called customer service, trying to get everything figured out, the young man I encountered was extremely rude to me. I understand your policies and procedures, however, every one unfortunately doesn't have a major credit card and have a regular bank, as long as the funds are available... it shouldn't matter. I will be reporting this unfortunate situation to my insurance company. Have to say the staff themselves are courteous, friendly, and respectful. However their business practices seems to mirror that of a low end utility company. As a federal employee and a loyal customer of the enterprise brand, this Enterprise location business practices are insulting, to say the least. At this location, if you use a debit card then you'll have to produce not one but two bills (in your name), or a copy of last months pay stubs. Who may I ask travels on business with copies of bills and stubs? In addition to the stubs and bill(s) you'll have to SHOW proof of insurance. If you don't take the insurance they attempt force upon you. In most case showing proofs of insurance wouldn't be an issue. Except at this Enterprise location you have to physically show them your insurance policy outlining your coverage and deductible. This location is extremely busy and the staff handles it very well. I was there when a customer became irate about providing proof of residency because she was using a debit card and the enterprise agent & manager handled it very well. It amazes me how people think they can rent a car with cash (debit cards) without providing more information. Enterprise has not advertised themselves as being a cash car rental company and If that's what your situation demands go elsewhere. For my personal experience, I've never had an issue. NEGATIVE TRIPLE ZERO RATING I went to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 7254 Jonesboro Road on 9/10 & 9/11. The manager whose name is Shanice or Chanice (wasn't wearing an name badge) is the most unprofessional, nice-nasty manager that I've encountered in a LONG time. On 9/10 my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I arrived around 7:45 because I was able to drop my car off at the dealership early. There were others waiting outside were business is being conducted (due to COVID 19 - understandable). The location opens at 8 a.m., the staff ALL came out at 8:05 a.m. I explained that I had a 10:00 pick-up and asked if it was okay to pick-up early. I was told yes by an employee who wasn't the manager. In the midst of working with another employee, the manager rudely takes over my interaction with the other employee. A customer pulls up in a blue Hyundai Elantra and tells me "you can get that". My husband is a Platinum member (I MUST ADD). I had to switch the reservation because he wasn't with me (no problem). I then said, I didn't want that car nor did I want a dirty car. Shanice (Chanice) then tells me "you can take that or you can pay more!!" I declined and left. I then came home and booked a new reservation for your Fayetteville location for 9/11 at 10:30 a.m. I received a COURTESY call on 9/11 at 7:14 a.m. to let me know they were sold out. Thank you Monica in the Fayetteville location (that's the professional managerial way to handle business). 9/11 my husband now schedules two appointments for a rental car again at the 7254 Jonesboro Road location, one in my name and one in his name for 12:00 p.m. I arrived 11:45 a.m. an hour before my husband only to be told "we ain't got nothing for you" by Shanice (Chanice) after waiting in the heat to be serviced. I was dropped off by an Uber, so I had no other choice but to wait for someone to pick me up. As I waited an hour for my husband to arrive, (when he arrived) the employees not knowing we are a couple rented my husband a car after telling me and several others they were completely sold out. After my husband drove away in the rental, I asked how was he able to get a car but I was told just and an hour and a half earlier that Enterprise 7254 Jonesboro was sold out. I must have surprised the manager, because her reply was "where did your husband get a car" and I responded, "he just drove off your lot!" She then shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry!" The male customers came and drove away with ease, but the female customers either encountered a problem, had to beg & plead, get upset or were turned away. The staff here was outstanding!! Omari the assistant manager was extremely professional, polite, helpful, and always wore a smile. John and Schatavia extended the same courtesy. I had to return 3 vehicles one at the request of the company (due to it being taken off of it's inventory because it was sold) and the other because the brakes and one I didn't like. All three times they switched me out into into another vehicle as nice as the one I had to return. I would recommend Enterprise to everyone. Now I can't rent a car because I don't have a utility bill that match my driver license. You have to show proof of two forms in order to get a car. That is ridiculous! This location is not bad but as a whole I rate it 1 star since I been renting there along with my insurance coverage too. Do better!! Be better!!! I cannot believe what a mess this place is. I waited 40 minutes to get the car I reserved - then we went out to it and the windshield wiper was broken. The manager went inside and got a different car which looked to be in better shape. I signed on the tablet and left because, well, now it had been almost an hour total and I was running late for my first meeting. I got on the highway and the gas light was on - and the tire pressure light too. I ran on fumes and hope to my meeting. When I got out, the PSI for the tire had dropped from 17 to 14. I got gas and went to another Enterprise location. They would not swap the vehicle and said they would put air in the tire. They said if I insisted on a vehicle swap I would have to drive over 30 minutes south to the airport location. Those fools put air in the wrong tire... tire pressure continued to drop and when I came out of my next appointment the tire was flat. The 800 line was worthless and just transfers you to another department and then another. I called AAA and used MY membership. One other thing: the air conditioner kept going out on occasion. The Marrow location has really crappy cars and your time is not valued. Avoid it! read more

Bryant was the associate who assisted me and he was very friendly, professional, and gave excellent customer service. The service here was quick and very customer friendly! Tia helped me with my drop off vehicle from Florida and a shuttle to the VPC that I had 15 mins to get to. The place was pretty busy and the one driver they had was currently dropping off other customers. The service we received from the Morrow branch was below one star. We reserved a 15 passenger van on May 2nd for June 24th. On the 21st I call to change the pick up time with no problem. That night right before they closed I missed a call from them. It said they had cancel my reservation. Of course I did not get them because I called 10 minutes before they close and no one picked up. I called the 800 number and was told that they would probably look around to make sure we had a van for the 24th. I called it office the next day and I was told corporate cancel all the vans and they did not have any. I was told I could call some of the other Enterprise and see if they had one. That was all I was told they could do. They did not offer us any other type of solution. To make a long story short they put us through hell or high water for nothing. By some miracle on the 24th they had plenty of vans. They did not offer us any type of compensation for the headaches they had given us for those 3 days. Their corporate office is just as bad I made four phone calls to them and have not received one phone call in return. Our family was a long time Enterprise car rental customer. We would no longer be. I'm giving this rating based on my most recent experience at this location. I've rented cars from this location numerous times but my last time renting was the worst I've had ever. I arrived shortly before my reservation time thinking it would help to speed the process up as I was on a tight schedule that morning. I entered and met with a representative everything was fine until she asked if I wanted to add the enterprise damage protection. I explained that I wanted to decline as I have full coverage insurance as well as the renters insurance is covered by my credit card company as well. She asked if I had my policy information with me, I explained I didn't but could pull it up on my phone. She explained that she'd have to call my insurance company to verify that I was being truthful. This has never happened in all of the times I'd rented, furthermore if bringing insurance paperwork was a requirement I would have brought it with me that day, but I had been brought up to the location by a friend and again I was on a tight schedule. She proceeded to attempt to call my insurance company, she didn't even know their number I had to provide it. After all of my insurance information was verified she took me to the car that I was renting. Went outside to take a look at the car it was pretty scratched up on the front and back bumpers. She did indicate the damages on the rental agreement and I signed. Upon entering the car it was absolutely GROSS. There was crumbs and trash on the floorboard, the car had what appeared to be a layer of dirt or salt from maybe traveling in snow, and there was a piece of gum lodged in the the front passenger seat. Rather than go back inside and cause I scene I decided to just leave because I was even further behind schedule at this point. While driving however it was pretty difficult to see so I ended up having to get the car washed before hitting the road. All in all I was very disappointed with this particular experience, the manager tried to make it right when I returned the car, but it still doesn't change the expeirence in itself. As I mentioned every other time I've visited this location everyone has been great, but this one time they were off. I reserved a minivan through the website. The day prior I was given a courtesy confirmation call. The representative ask what was my form of payment credit or debit. I proceeded to tell her debit. She asked if it had a chip, I told her yes. She said perfect and the car would be ready. I arrived the next day, and the car was not ready. I was told that I would have to pay the rental fee and a $250 deposit whether I used the debit card or credit card. I told the representative I was using my debit card. After taking my debit card and license I was then told that I was unable to use my debit card because I did not live within 15 miles of the location (which I've never heard of before and have since contacted several locations that said they have never heard of that policy as well). I rented from a different branch which was further away from this location and did not have a problem using my debit card. The associate manager call herself coming over to explain but was very snide in her remarks and very sarcastic when I asked to see the policy in hand. After several minutes she proceeded to try to show it to me on her phone but not on the computer which was right in front of me. She was not very helpful or even willing to assist me with finding a different location that would accommodate my needs. Worst customer service EVER! read more

So I guess that I am not the only one that has had a problem with someone taking something out of a vehicle that was left behind! I had a rental for a week. I returned the vehicle and asked for a bag to clear the car out. I was rushed and told by a gentleman that he would take care of it. I didn't think anything of it at the time. A day went by and I was looking for my keys. I remembered having them in my backpack along with a valuable item. I immediately went up to the location only to be first told that the car was rented out that evening and there was nothing it it! LIE number one. The location was closing when I returned the car. They do after hour rentals? She proceeded to stick to that until she checked further then stated oh, it was rented out the next morning. Really? And when did you guys have the opportunity to clean it out? I guess that night when it was rented out (8-/) It wouldn't surprise me if they had not for when I got it it was dirty.....I guess. She then proceeded to tell me that proceeded to tell me that people return I PHONE's...really well let me let you know that if you don't you can and will go to jail as those are traceable....NEXT! So no one here saw it, and of course I wouldn't call the next customer to see if they may have found a bag in the car because I already knew that someone else had gotten to it. Sad to have to review this Enterprise so poorly, as the FL & CA locations treated us fairly. In our opinion, based on being VERY specific about asking what our exact costs would be and getting overcharged over $1,100 (Yes, over Eleven HUNDRED dollars), we would suggest avoiding Enterprise at all cost. We are even considering a class action suit. After being assured they would put the account on "pending", within minutes they charged us just shy of $2,500 for a 30 day rental that we were quoted at $1300 (which we thought was rich at that price). We had brought the car back with a full tank of gas & no dents or mars or trash inside. After we found out about the massive charge, the regional manager was brought in to review it (we were told), and he decided not to reply to us, or even help change the outcome. Just know that if you think you are going to pay an estimated dollar amount, this Enterprise may try to drain your bank account with no recourse, or even concern.
