Josh and his team went above and beyond to get us a vehicle at last minute when the shop did not get ours back to us when promised. They have been extremely flexible and helpful throughout this process. I'm only giving four-star reviews because they don't have a key drop-off for the vehicles. Other than that, everybody was very professional, and they had an OK selection. They did go out of their way to get me the vehicle I needed. Caitlyn leary worked with me and my insurance. I think they gave me a military discount of some sort, which was very much appreciated after the total loss of my vehicle. read more

The employees that work here work so hard to make their customers happy. I've rented a couple times here and have had a clean car that looks and smells great and matches what I reserved. The only complaint I have is the understaffing, it's really hard as an employee to give your customer a good experience when you are short staffed and scrambling to help multiple people at once. Most Enterprises I go to seem to run on a skeleton crew which mains it hard for these employees that work here to give renters a good experience. read more

Great group of young people working here so you don't have to worry about whether or not things are going to get done, because they have a spring in their step. They were very helpful and accommodating when I requested some things. Communicate with these guys and they will work with you to make the car rental a smooth ride. I have rented cars many times. This Enterprise location is the worst location I have ever worked with. They don't follow their own policies and seem to make things up, that don't align with their terms and conditions. They make it next to impossible to meet 'their' requirements. I will use an alternative car rental location and company for my event in July. read more

A great big shout-out to Enterprise rentals on Busch Blvd. in Tampa. I had used Priceline to reserve a Suburban (or equivalent vehicle) for a road trip with my family and parents. In past road trips, we had found that we loved Chevy Tahoes, but that they were just too cramped for us and all of our luggage, so we decided to go with a Suburban this time. Apparently, this Enterprise location was having difficulty in getting their hands on a Suburban (it being tourist season, etc.) I got a call the day before from Alex, who worked at the Enterprise location. He was trying to see if there was any other vehicle that would work for us if he couldn't land a Suburban in time. I explained that we had looked over the vehicles that Enterprise offers, but that only a Suburban would do (i.e., a minivan wouldn't work to hold both us and our luggage comfortably). Alex understood, and he let me know that he would be visiting the Tampa Airport location in the morning to pick up a Suburban for us. In other words, he had to go substantially out of his way to get his hands on a Suburban (if someone is one vacation and doesn't return in the agreed upon time, that Suburban can't be rented to others, obviously). To be honest, I was wondering if they were going to simply tell me that they tried, but couldn't get a Suburban, leaving us in a bind. The fact that I had gotten the Suburban for about half the price of the current rental rate especially made me think they might decide to just refund me so they could lay claim to the higher rental rates that were in play. But, nope, Alex came through! The next morning, I called and found that he had the Suburban on-site, and it was being readied for us. Sure enough, we got there and were given a 2019, well-appointed Suburban for our trip--all thanks to Alex's above-and-beyond effort. Because of him, we were able to travel much more comfortably than we otherwise would have been able to travel. Thank you, Alex, and thank you, Enterprise, for hiring such quality folks. Went super out of their way to make sure we were happy with our experience. Came here because insurance covered a rental but we upgraded. We were told the upgrade would cost 10/day. They didn't mention tax and fees. So when we returned the car, the price was closer to 15. Not the greatest. However, they gave us 20% off coupons and then later gave us a bit of money off. They were trying to make it right and I sincerely appreciated that. Also, our rental mini van was awesome and the location is very convenient, even though the hours on weekends could be a bit longer. Be very careful! Currently an investigation for theft with this enterprise! After using a rental car for 7 days I dropped the vehicle off at Service King (which enterprise allows you to do). The truck was OK'd and marked as dropped off (zero damage done to the vehicle - zero damage reported). One week after the rental was dropped off enterprise charged my card four separate times for a total of $683.06. I called to see what the charges were for - I was told by Boris (Enterpise manager) they were under the impression I still had the vehicle, they never got it back and the charges would be reversed. Days after Boris told me Enterprise apologizes and I'll receive a refund, the charges were not reversed. I called them again for a status update; I was told by Nick (Enterprise Manager) that the center brake light was cracked and I was being charged $718.00 for the damage. When I dropped the truck off their was no damage to the vehicle. Not only does this specific break light cost less than $50.00, Enterprise can't provide any pictures of the damage. Nick says he has reported this case to his area manager and I will be receiving a call. It has been 5 business days, the charges have not been reversed, I have not received a call and every day when I call for an update they are clueless as to what's going on. read more

Not sure where the bad reviews came from, maybe they're old. I was greeted by 3 smiling faces when i walked in. My car was ready 20 minutes before my reservation. I only know that because I myself was 20 minutes early for pickup. ;) Tim took me out, did the car check and noted a scratch on the top of the trunk lid. He answered my questions, I digitally signed the form and had the receipt emailed to me. As someone who's into going green and recycling I'm really happy to see that the company has embraced a paper list option. I'm sure some people will still want the paper receipt for business reasons or whatnot and they can accommodate that as well. I just needed a car for a day since I don't have one right now and renting a basic car is cheaper and safer than an uber or lyft. I highly recommend this location! read more

Waited over an hour for my rental despite having a reservation. Was late to a business meeting because of it. Waited 45 minutes from them taking my information. Clearly they weren't ready to meet me reservation at 8:30am since I didn't leave the lot until 9:30am. read more

This location was severely understaffed 7/22. Had to wait over an hour for the rental car and when I asked one of the team members how much longer she said "it's normal for it to take this long" and was rude about it. She also kept answering the phone while being in the middle of a conversation with customers. I've rented from enterprise before and it never took as long as it did at this location. I wish I could have given my business to a different enterprise. Absolutely disgusted by the experience I had today. read more

I've rented from this location twice. The second time was worse than the first. I rented from them because it was close to my home. The first time was last minute, car being put into shop thing so waiting wasn't a big deal. The second time I reserved a car in advance, called them prior to going to pick up the car to see if the one I rented was onsite (told it was) and then when we got there I had to wait longer for my reserved car than when I just popped in to pick up one. It wasn't onsite and when they did get it there it had to be washed and vacuumed. I ended up waiting almost two hours for a so-called reserved car. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will never rent from this location again. The fact that they're understaffed (although the employees do try...but you can only do so much with two people) doesn't help matters at all. read more

They may be nice and friendly and helpful but they lie. They tried to say the protection plan would be covered by the insurance company that was paying for the rental car then charged $20 a day for it and claim it was said the protection plan would be paid out of pocket. read more

Do not rent from any enterprise in this district ! As the regional manager Joe Williams is not professional at ALL , I took a vehicle that Insurance paid for than I paid for , on a trip to NJ and I guess they don't like when u take advantage of (unlimited miles ) so the area manager (Joe Williams ) reached out to me telling me that I need to goto a location in NJ to do another contract or whatever (sounded sketchy ) but I went anyway and that's when I knew something was up the manager at the NJ location kept trying to get the keys and I was wondering why , called corporate and spoke with Nicole who told me that joe Williams had put a note on the account stating "take the car keys " . So basically I would've been stuck in NJ because of this , have numerous texts and recorded phone calls with joe Williams , corporate , and the north Brunswick NJ location . Instead of asking me to return the car they just tried playing me. Sent all to my attorney for further action. As you can see this man is sick read more

My car was dirty and smelled like smoke. They didn't vacuum out the vehicle before giving it to me, and the seats were soiled. I had to go through 3 cars until I found one slightly decent. And even the one I got I was not up to standard. read more

I have been a long time customer with this location for the last 7 years and never have I experienced such horrible service. I arrived Friday for pick up of the vehicle as my family and I were preparing to attend my cousins college graduation from Moorehouse College. Before departing with the vehicle a trainee had examined the vehical for damages and we noticed scratches and light dents on the back passenger side. When I advised and pointed out the damages the trainee stated it was no need to notate because it was not a particular size and he referenced his chart to show me. I proceeded with my car rental transaction and upon my arrival from my cousins college graduation I was greeted with absolutely horrible service from the representative Nick as I dropped off the keys to the vehicle. When he went outside to examine the vehicle he placed the blame on me about the previous damages that were found on the vehicle and he said " you must have had work done on this car and they did a horrible job". I was baffled at what he had said. I explained I attended a graduation and explained to him that the marks were already on the vehical at pick up. He then took my $200.00 deposit and threatened to contact my insurance company. Please do not rent from this location. I was accused without Enterprise completing proper protocal. The representative Nick has no experience with customer relation and immediately profiled me, its unfortunate of the location of this Enterprise and It explains the high turn over rate at this location. I NEVER had an issue until now and will NEVER rent a vehicle from this location again. I have contacted corporate, such an unfriendly experiences. read more

Took my aunt to pick up her car and allowed about 30 minutes from time scheduled to go pick it up ourselves. After at least 40 minutes, and third vehicle later before set to go. First vehicle had soapy wet seat, from being cleaned, rejected it, yet they pawned off on another guy. Second car was filthy on back exterior and had previous renter's belongings still filling trunk! Third car had low air pressure in tire so they attempted to talk my aunt into yet another car! My aunt asked if it was too difficult for tire to be properly filled and used rather than needing to wait additional time and wonder if yet a fourth car would also have issues. The employee nearly backed into another employee getting third car back to an air hose. After yet more waiting the third car was readied. Will not use/recommend this location ever again. read more

Use this location 2-3 a month for business. Staff always courteous and excellent variety of cars. I question the negative reviews.
