Renting a car because your car broke down is never a fun experience, but the staff at this enterprise was very, very pleasant and helpful. I rented a Toyota Corolla that could've been a little cleaner on the inside. It did smell like somebody had either vaped or smoked in the car. I am SUPER sensitive to any kind of cigarette smoke so I coughed and sneezed a lot in the car. It is totally on me for not returning the car and getting a different one. I am confident that they would have done that for me. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They were wonderful. The prices were normal for this area, which I think is way too high! But that's out of everyone's control except for the corporate office. I used their after hours drop off service, and it went extremely smoothly. I would definitely use them again. read more

ZERO STARS! This location is full of frauds and scam artists. They are trying to claim hail damage on our insurance from what I can only assume is previous damage because it's not even visible to the naked eye. This manager is basically running a hail shop in the back of the location and getting extra income from the fraudulent claims. He even tried to tell me on the day we picked up that the "entire Mabank fleet has been damaged." He was unaware at the time of the remark that we live here and I was up working that night and know for a fact there was no hail whatsoever in Mabank. He also stated that the hail damage was to one side of the roof but all of a sudden they want $1,500 for hail dents literally all over the vehicle. Funny how those dents were not seen on the inspection when we dropped it off. read more

I have rented from the Terrell location several times. I have always been treated in a professional timely manner. I have never had to wait on a car and they have I have "tried" to rent from the Rockwall location and it was awful! I will always deal with the Terrell location in the future. read more

Forced to use Enterprise due to an accident, (someone else hit my unoccupied Malibu) I was told I would have a mid sized vehicle delivered to me at MUSSER Auto Body shop! At 4'11" I was some what at a loss for words when the rep delivered a PICKUP truck. There was NOT another vehicle available. Rather then call to confirm that this replacement was convenient, they simply made the decision to force me to accept it. My question is this...IF you do not have the fleet to cover your reservations, why even bother to take a res? Here I sit with a vehicle I cannot climb into, much less drive....waiting for a check-in, at the convenience of Enterprise. When, where, how, will I be delivered a replacement? WHO knows and certainly Enterprise does not care.So much for customer service. I think the reps were absent on the day of that class. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location and I would not recommend it to anyone. I was dealing with an insurance claim and my provider directed me to this location as they have rates with Enterprise. I made a reservation with my phone and received a confirmation. When my daughter and I walked into the office, we stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes watching/ listening to the asst manager flirt/talk with a young girl associate as to if/when she could take her lunch break. When they finished their conversation, the asst manager turned to us and asked us how he could help us - no greeting/welcome at all. I explained the situation and he told me that the only car that he had available to rent was a large SUV [which was more per day than my insurance would pay]. The best 'deal' that he could make us on this vehicle was that he would charge us the maximum amount that my insurance would pay and I would be responsible for paying the tax of 8 dollars a day for the rental. I declined because of that reason and also that the vehicle was too big. I wanted a midsize car that had good gas mileage. He then told us that he would split the difference in the tax, that he would only charge me 4 dollars per day. I turned that offer down also. He then told us that he had a waiting list of people 9 deep and that the only vehicle that he had to offer us was this SUV. I asked him if he could check other locations for us and he told us that we could call them ourselves. After about another 15 minutes had past, a man walked into the office and told the asst manager that he was returning a rental early. This customer was greeted when he walked in the door and the asst manager even walked around the counter to meet him to take the keys from his hand before he reached the counter. We asked it we could rent this vehicle since it returned early and he told us no. We left this Enterprise location and I will never return. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I gave this business one star, because there were no negative stars. I called Hertz rent-a-car in Terrell the same day and was immediately taken care of, with good customer service. I recommend that you take your business to Hertz. read more

Everyone I dealt with was great, very nice. The cars I rented ran well and very clean. I definitely plan on renting from them again. I started with a car from Rockwall location and returned to Terrell location. read more
