For a person moving this adds nothing but unneeded stress to an already stressful occasion. Beyond being open on Sundays, I have easy to meet needs when I rent a car. 1) Accept my online reservation 2) Have a car when I show up that matches my needs and requests 3) Not overcharge me or try and nickle and dime me later They did well on all fronts, and when the car I reserved was a little smaller in the storage capacity then I decided I wanted when I arrived, so for a mere $5 upgrade I was able to get a class up in size which I'm totally happy I did as I then got the added bonuses of XM radio, a moon roof, and those cameras that make it easier when backing up. I actually asked for this upgrade, there was no hard sell. And when I declined the insurance (my credit card offers car rental insurance) and GPS rental there was no rebuttals or objection handling. They simply said okay and continued processing the order. It was a rather seamless pickup and drop off experience. $78 for 48 hours (pickup Friday at 5pm, returned Sunday by 5pm) with unlimited KM's. It served me well, and I'll likely use this location again in the future.

I am only taking the time to write this because I saw there was only one abysmal review written from 2011 and it is not representing my multiple experiences at this branch at all. The first time the car wouldn't start they sent someone fairly promptly who identified that the brake was on. If you don't know the software of a 2025 car you might not know that. Once home the car got stuck parking and won't move and won't start and they're closed because it's Saturday (errand day!). If you rent a car from them and don't drive a fully automated car get complete instructions and a handbook and if it's winter, demand snow tires. It's a nightmare driving otherwise.

On top of that the scratch was present at the time of pick up(upon initial walk around). But upon drop off my cousin was presented with a waiver bigger then the charter of rights, and told to sign. DO NOT fall for this scheme, if the damage was done by you legally they will have the recourse of filing litigation, so keep cool. As for the staff we dealt with they only contributed more to this negative review by having a horrible attitude. NEVER again will I or my family rent from these people.

We spoke to the rep at the office and they said they have a rule that if the damage is smaller than a golf ball, no need to worry and they will wait until there is further damage to repair it. He said to fill out a damage report just in case, but shouldn't be a problem. Fast forward 2 months later, my mother receives a letter in the mail from Avis.. stating that she owes them $750 to replace the entire back bumper where this dent was. After NUMEROUS calls and emails, escalations teams, sharing on social media, there has been no resolution. My mother was forced to put this claim through her insurance and now has to pay her deductible. I have attached a photo of the $750 "damage". This included a fee for loss of use. I'm sorry, but I'm sure there is a parking lot full of vehicles that can be used while you replace the bumper for no reason! Please. Do NOT rent a vehicle here.

Recommended by friends nephew, I gave Ventures a call having never heard of them. Verdict? Good find! The service is amazingly friendly. Its a family run operation and every person I dealt with were professional. The truck was clean and they wipe it down in front of you again when you take possession. Instructions on what to do are clear. I asked if late drop offs were possible and they said no problem. Total breeze. Costs are a bit higher than U Haul but not unfair and the truck is in great shape. Heads up, the insurance you get does not cover the box, only the cabin. Strange, but its the insurance companies policy not theirs. I'd recommend this place for moving trucks and if you're curious, they also have cars. Total pros!
