I…read moreprepaid for the rental online as my employer offers a substantial discount and I wanted no surprises. However when checking in, the first remark uttered by the representative when they eventually found my booking is "How did you get this price? It's wrong." Safe to say, what they perceived as an error resulted in my spending a considerable amount of time at the location trying to retrieve the vehicle. This was only made worst by the fact the location has no furniture or filing cabinets and all their paperwork was spread across the floor. The booking only got worse from here. After the agreement was signed, the same representative began power washing the rental. As the keys were handed to me, the rep apologized for the state of the interior, which was disgusting. Upon arriving at home, I wiped down the interior with anti-bacterial wipes trying to remove as much debris as possible. Fast forward a week and I drop off the vehicle the night before the agreed upon return date, leaving the keys in the drop box. MY MISTAKE. A week after my rental was returned, I was charged an additional rental fee ($600+) without any notification or receipt. It's been a month now that I have been communicating with AVIS corporate to get a refund only to eventually find out that apparently Avis records indicate that I returned the vehicle 1 day late. This location is run by unethical, disorganized swindlers. For your sanity, STAY AWAY. The location at Bay and Front is top notch and worth the extra commute time.

The first time the car wouldn't start they sent someone fairly promptly who identified that the brake was on. If you don't know the software of a 2025 car you might not know that. Once home the car got stuck parking and won't move and won't start and they're closed because it's Saturday (errand day!). If you rent a car from them and don't drive a fully automated car get complete instructions and a handbook and if it's winter, demand snow tires. It's a nightmare driving otherwise.

No car when we arrived at the appointed time. However they called us about 30 min later that a car was there and ready. Same model but didn't realize there was no AWD until we got stuck in the snow. Thankfully we had the foresight to bring a portable shovel and spent an hour but dug out. Explained the situation to the Branch Manager at 2 Bloor St E who was excellent to work with and gave us a discount. Will be really attentive next time to make sure we have the car we want!

To start with, you will either be stuck with a minivan or a Nissan that has leaky tires & a glitchy infotainment system. Second, they will neglect to close out your rental in a timely manner. I've now had to deal with this twice, where the app says my rental is past due & I receive no receipt. These rentals are for business, & I need to have the receipt as soon as possible to submit for billing purposes. However, National doesn't care, the local branch or the customer service number. They will just say they'll let YYZ Airport National management know, but that does nothing. Absolutely ridiculous - no matter if you are EE status or not, they don't care.

What's the point of making a reservation if it isn't honored? Leaving customers stranded in the middle of the night after confirming our booking is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had no choice but to pay for a taxi to our hotel in the middle of the night because Enterprise failed to provide the car we had reserved. The customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and showed no urgency or genuine effort to help. This experience caused unnecessary stress and extra expense after an exhausting day of travel. I will never book with Enterprise again and would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on them.

He parked it at Pearson Airport and when he got back he noticed a flat tire. enterprise roadside assistance told him to bring it to the Pearson location and he received another rental to come home. there was no damage aside from the flat tire and they said yup no damage and provided him with a report that said NO DAMAGE. Three days later they told him there was damage and are expecting his insurance to pay for it. We have the proof that they told him there was no damage. This is horrible customer service and we will not be renting from them ever again.

I know how it sounds but i had a great experience with them. I had to bring my car into the dealership as an emergency, i managed to get a ride home but i was otherwise stranded and i normally commute an hour for work. About an hour from the dealership closing, i hadnt heard about my vehicle so i called inquiring about it. I was told that they couldnt get to my vehicle at all and maybe not even the next day. I asked about a loaner car and got denied but the dealership offered a discount with both Enterprise and Bristol car rental. I had never heard of Bristol before so admittedly i wrote them off. Not only did Enterprise reject the discount offer but they pressured me into making a decision about receiving a 'small car' for $99 a day. After the way i was spoken to, i hung up and called Bristol. I found them to be very friendly, they honoured the discount and said they could match the vehicle that i had the dealership working on. They offer both drop off and courier services but since i called only an hour from closing, they could not offer the service due to there only being one employee. I ended up uber-ing it to them and it was such an easy and fast process to rent a vehicle for just $45 a day. Victor was the one to handle everything, he walked me through every step and walked me to the vehicle outside. Right as the keys were put into my hand, the dealership called to say my vehicle was done and to pick it up before they closed in 20 minutes, they also could not offer me a shuttle and i really didnt want to spend more money on another uber. I was very frustrated and wasnt sure what to do or how to walk on the side of a very large road in order to get there. Victor immediately allowed me to 'return' the rented vehicle that i had for approximately 0.0005 seconds and very kindly offered to drive me to the dealership himself to pick up my car. After such a stressful and long day, this is the kindness that just warms your heart. Victor helped me without asking for anything in return and he didnt even make any money off of me, i didnt even get to use his services. He absolutely wasnt obligated to help me and yet he was so kind as to immediately refund me even though i had already paid and signed with him and then he went an extra step and helped me get to the dealership before they closed. So i will absolutely turn to Bristol every time i or a friend needs a rental and i WILL be asking for Victor again!
