I has a reservation for 0900 pick up. I arrived on time and had to wait 45 minutes for my car that was sitting there the whole time! I requested a gas saver and when he gave me a mustang I questioned it. He said it was a 4 cylinder which was not true at all, it was a 8 cylinder. The gas tank was empty, the car was dirty, there was a stench in the car being hidden by air freshener. I wish I could give MINUS points. This place is ran by a bunch of youngsters. I ended getting a Rental Car from this branch, due to an accident. On Saturday, I noticed that the "Engine" symbol on the dashboard was lit. I called Enterprise at 12:25 pm and was placed on hold for 10 minutes than was hung up on. I called back and the same thing happened again. I called back and selected option #1 and spoke with an Insurance agent and told her what was going on. She sent the company a email, explaining the situation. When our call ended, it was 12:50.. 10 minutes before they're supposed to close. My insurance chose this company to issue me a rental while my car was being fixed. The guy who helped me was Aaron, and hooked me up with a nice rental car. A hybrid. It took me awhile to wait for the car, but it was all worth it. Highly recommended if you are renting a car. This place is high customer traffic, so a lot of their cars go fast. The vehicles don't seem to be inspected after usage. I came home with a KIA. Parked in front of my house, the next morning it wouldn't start. They were trying to blame me, saying I had to pay for the tow. I told them I was never informed there was a cost for a problem with their vehicle. I now have to try to get paperwork from them. We did a same day reservation for an economy car but arrived and they had no cars on the lot. We had just walked from Hertz down the road who told us they only had a vehicle for $70 more a day than what we reserved. It was a hot walk! The women we talked to was very apologetic as there was nothing she could do. We asked her to try the Napa branch and she was so sweet to call the manger for us. She was able to book what we needed. So we got another Uber to Napa. While we were waiting I asked for some water, we were definitely parched, they went in the back and got cold water for both me and my husband. 11/11/22- This review is not for personal use but needed a rental car for work, a Fleet vehicle. The car that I use for work is currently on the shop for repair and needed one to use until it's fixed. Customer Service over the phone is courteous and superb! Called in first to see if the vehicle is ready for pick up! And it is ready as promised for 12:30pm! Greeted by a very nice, young man, Alex! He is very polite, compassionate, straightforward, has a great sense of humor! Very humble and helpful! He helped us until the end as he handed the keys and even did a quick walk through on how to work out controls in the car. It was an economy car, Mitsubishi Mirage! Noted and told him about some scratches on the side and front bumper peeled side scratch and all good. Exterior of the car is clean and also the interior. There was even a clorox wipes which is a a plus! It has 16k miles and half tank gas. Kudos to the crew who cleans and maintains the vehicles! Great job, guys! We as renters, highly appreciate all the hard work and effort to make the rentals very clean and pleasant to drive! It's a good thing that Enterprise does not use harsh chemical smelling cleaning agents for people who has allergies to strong odors! Clear and gentle is the way to go! I was gonna wait until the car will be returned before I make my review but I was very pleased with the level of service and I can't wait to leave my review! I stumbled across this Enterprise location as I searched for a place to rent a 15 passenger van. There's a few things I like. First off it's difficult to find a place with rental vans this size in this area. Second, the value was great. Third, love how they pick you up and drop you off. Fourth, friendly customer service... in Vallejo! I will say the lady who picked me up could have been a little friendlier. Felt like she was putting on a smile, but had some other things on her mind. Usually when I come here the service is very good. Each time the service decline. For the first time, I used the restroom and it is DISGUSTING! I wouldn't let my dog pee in that restroom. So if you rent a car from here, make sure you pee before you arrive, bc the restroom may not be clean and the wait may be long. read more

Worst experience. Rented a truck for two weeks for my business. Was told we needed a certificate of insurance from our insurance company naming Enterprise as insured party. Got it and provided it to the Enterprise associate on picking up the vehicle. Then got charged an extra $780 for insurance because they claimed they never got it. I had to rent a vehicle after totaling my truck, insurance had me covered and made it easy to get into a rental, but the first person I had to deal with at this Enterprise made it hard and frustrating. I had to go to DMV and get a print out of my ID because it was damaged (witch I understand is policy) but the lady at enterprise made it very frustrating and was kinda rude. Once I got the printout and returned I was assisted by another lady (Pashalett Barnett) who was very pleasant and kind, she made it very easy to obtain the rental, and even spoke with my mother on the phone to explain how the insurance policy worked with enterprise. If I were to rate enterprise on the first enterprise employee that assisted me I would give a 2or3 but because of Pashalett I'll rate 5. read more

Rented a car from this location and it was absolutely easy. Painless reservation process online, the guy who gave me my rental was super friendly and helpful and then when I returned it, I was offered a ride home by the employees who were on their way to another pick up. Everyone was great, especially Odell (sorry for the spelling, Im bad with guessing at that) who was smiling and upbeat the whole time. Made the transaction quite pleasant and also made the ride home totally comfortable. Riding as a single woman can be a bit scary with Uber or Lyft sometimes, so it was nice to have a relaxed (free!) side home with a couple of friendly employees. Also the manager randomly texted me during the rental to make sure everything was good. Great customer service. Will come back to this location for future rentals. ---------- So I'm continuing to rent from this location for work, and they continue to be excellent at customer service. Their in-person customer service is great; I've always had a positive experience and because of that, is why I always choose Enterprise over other rental places in the area. 3 stars primarily because their phone service is horrible; I've been trying to call the branch since January 3rd, even at different times however it's a continuous hold time until the point where "a representative is unavailable, please call again later" then it hangs up on you. Rented here after an accident. USAA insurance seems to use Enterprise for all their accident-related car rentals. It was a mixed experience. They called me immediately, even before I had a chance to call them, and gave me the rate USAA would pay per day. They were right across the street from Mike's Auto Body, where the repair was made. They dropped the car off before I was even done at Mike's, did a walk-around with me, and left me with the keys. The car was very clean, very small, and perfectly adequate for my needs. This was all the evening before Thanksgiving. The next day, I tried to drive the car to Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's, and it wouldn't start. Nothing. No turnover at all. Called AAA the next day, in the evening. Dead battery, couldn't hold a charge. I decided to return it immediately, so I wouldn't have to call AAA again in the morning. When I explained that, the employee I was talking to got it immediately and agreed to stay after closing so I could come that night. He switched me out to a different car immediately and very quickly. Not quite as clean, but perfectly adequate and comfortable to drive. After quickly looking at the gas gauge, the employee helping me said it was full. I discovered when I drove it that it was actually at 7/8. It could easily have been an honest mistake, since he was trying to get me into a new car as quickly as possible. read more

This place is foul. I had to rent a car from them because my car was at the shop and when I called they said they had cars but when I went in I had to wait till one was ready. When I got into it the guy said "ya this smells like smoke, you probably don't want it." He went and found another one and it also smelled like smoke, I needed to go so I drove it for a day and then ended up going to another location and getting a car that didn't smell like an ashtray. As a CEO and regular renter at various Enterprises throughout the U.S. and a corporate account holder, I have never experienced in my career such unprofessionalism from the manager Demetrius. He was very rude and obnoxious when I tried to obtain information concerning my rental that was set up by Team Chevrolet. He became very combative when I told him of his unprofessional behavior and he literally "kicked me out" and refused to rent to me. When I asked him for the regional manager number he also refused to provide me with that number as well and told me to get out. I was taken back to Team and I expressed my concerns and stated to management that they need to reconsider their contractual agreement with this particular Enterprise and refer all future customers to Hertz. Demetrius behavior was deplorable and I have also filed a formal complaint with corporate and will be sending a formal letter addressing Demetrius behavior since he thinks he's immune to being reprimanded to the CEO of Enterprise Holdings, Chrissy Taylor. read more

I was having such a bad day due to my car being in the shop after a car accident and I was able to reserve and get a car with Enterprise within 2 hours of me deciding to get a rent a car! Please note that I also rented a car on a Monday afternoon, so I MAY have been lucky in getting one. Everyone who helped me were so kind. They offer ride services, but I do believe there is a certain mile range that they do drive. I live locally and was able to get a ride to their establishment. When I got my rent a car, it smelled like smoke & I requested for a car change and since they had extra cars, they were able to accommodate me. The process for renting the car/ paperwork was quick.
