I had a claim for a midsize SUV, but no Enterprise locations had one available. Instead of helping me find a solution, I had to spend my own time calling multiple locations to find a vehicle. The Webster location had a full-size SUV available, but the manager refused to rent it to me unless I paid an upgrade fee, even though they had no midsize SUV to offer. Rather than looking for a solution or trying to help, the manager's only answer was to charge me more money. When Enterprise can't provide the class of vehicle that was reserved or covered by an insurance claim, the customer shouldn't be penalized. I expected the manager to focus on customer service and finding a reasonable solution--not on charging me extra because Enterprise didn't have the appropriate vehicle available. Horrible customer service! We got a reservation through insurance and they are giving my wife a hard time to pick up rental. We called insurance and confirmed that my wife should be able to pick up rental car without me being there. According to insurance they've done this a million times and they are not sure why they are giving us a problem! I went on a business trip for work and my company set me up in a rental for traveling. I didn't know what to expect as I've never been in a position to use any rental car service for business. Via the website, I specifically chose a Toyota to drive since I'm a Toyota girl and am more comfortable with one. Upon walking into the establishment, I sat down as a lady was being serviced and waited. Immediately, staff member, Anmaria greeted me with a smile and quickly got my background information such as my driver's license. She assured me that there was going to be a wait since the technology wasn't working properly that day and that they had a line of individuals needing to give cars too. There were about four people ahead of me, so I just sat down and waited. During the wait time, I witnessed two Karens screaming and getting disgruntled with Anmaria since they had been waiting for a while. It was a disturbing show to watch, but Anmaria remained calm and treated them professionally ensuring that their vehicles would be ready as soon as possible. Thankfully, Anmaria kept her word and had them on their way with a vehicle which they complained about again. Then, another staff member, Jackie serviced the man who waited for more than an hour. She greeted him with a smile and immediately placed him an a vehicle. Finally, it was my turn. Ms. Jackie walked me outside to what appeared to be not-a-Toyota, but instead a luxury Volvo. She gave me a walkthrough of the vehicle, we looked a previous scratches and made note of them. I was straightforward with her by explaining that I am not used to computerized vehicles and have a manual car at home. I asked if she could show me how to operate some of the controls. Ms. Jackie was patient with me and showed me how to open the gas area, how to connect my phone to Bluetooth, and how to control the seating, and she thoroughly explained that the "P" button was for parking. During the trip, I had no major issues with the vehicle and the vehicle rode very smoothly. It gave me 36 mpg so I only had to stop once heading to DFW for gas and once heading back to the Houston area. Upon returning the vehicle, I returned it after hours and met with Ms. Lisa who was assisting a male Karen who was very rude to me as I was briefly chatting with Ms. Lisa. Ms. Lisa was very nice and did not give me any form of attitude. She was understanding of the mistake and assured me that it would be okay. She offered to dispose of my trash, but I told her that it was fine I could handle it. They even have a chat line that you can text them on if you have any troubles with the vehicle. I had trouble opening the gas cap area upon returning the vehicle, but eventually figured it out. I visited the store to get a copy of the receipt and met with the smile of Lisa who quickly produced a receipt for me. I even spoke with another staff member, Laura who assisted Lisa. Both gave exceptional customer service. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the staff members here. I will warn y'all that there are a lot of entitled Karens who come here. read more

I reserved from here as a backup via Costco's website and luckily I did because, the other two locations off the Southwest freeway could not accommodate after having the reservation for over a month. I requested an SUV and when my husband called to confirm prior to going by, they reassured him that they would have it. I received some poor customer service from a female by the name of "Arooj" I believe. I was going to return my vehicle at this location (I had picked it up from another location) I called before hand to verify that I was able to do this. She then told me I would be charged an extra $50-75 for dropping it off at a different location. I explained that I wasn't told any of this when I called and modified the drop off location her reply over and over was "I'm just telling you what I know" she kept telling me to just contact the original pick up location I told her I couldn't because they were closed on my drop off date and didn't provide after hours drop off which wasn't mentioned to me either when I made the reservation. Yet she continued to tell me to contact them. She was very unwilling to try to help me get this figured out. She was very unwilling to help offer another solution. When working in costumer service you should be trying to help your customers not just blow them off. Her reply could have easily been "I'm very sorry they didn't tell you this over the phone but let me see if I can find an alternative for you,such as a different location that doesn't charge a drop off fee" it would have all been so simple but she just continued to say "I am just telling you what I know" or "idk you'd have to contact the other location" luckily i was able to call enterprise and get things sorted they offered me an alternative drop off location with no extra charge! read more

Do not try to rent a car from here. This was our third stop, having reserved a car at 2 previous locations, only to find out they had no cars. We even had the person on the phone ensure that this car would be here. When we arrived they said they had no cars for anyone. Just know, reserving a car in their online system apparently does not reflect the actual rental location. A reservation and a phone call ensuring the car is there does not mean it will be. After an auto accident my issunce covered the cost of my rental at this specific location. I scheduled an appointment but due to bank issues was unable to obtain the vehicle at that moment. After about a week a did a walkin with a debit card in my name as they stated only to to be told it needed to be a major bank which was not stated. After about a week i recieved my replacement atm and debit card, again I did a walk in and spoke with the branch manager about again receiving the vehicle only to be told there was nothing available until the next day. I then proceeded to ask her if she could contact a nearby location to help me find something that I was looking for due to one being less than 6 miles from the location i was at, again for her to be dishonest and state that the location only sold cars not rented them, so her responcse was basically no to all the services and help i was seeking at the time. While the car I rented wasn't the greatest nor in the greatest condition, the process was fast, convenient and hassle free. $99 for the weekend. I rent cars yearly. This rental was due to a car accident and I was sent to a different location that made me upset due to the fact I got there and there was no car available. Within an hour Jessica from this location reached out to me and said that she can accomadte me. I was grateful that she and her team could get me in a rental and took the stress away of me waiting 4 days. Not only was the location clean but the whole staff was very friendly. They got me in and out and the rental was cleaned to COVID standards. After turning in the car there was a little misunderstanding but Justin made sure that I did not leave unsatisfied. The staff here are friendly enough (the only thing that keeps this from being a 1-star review). This location is woefully understaffed. There are usually only 2 people in the entire office at a given time. When you factor in them having to bring cars around and answer phones, you're looking at consistently long wait times. They routinely answer the constantly-ringing phones while customers are standing in front of them. After running my card and everything, the rep even said "let me finish up with [the lady on the phone] and then I'll get you out of here. If you're picking up at this location, plan for at least 30 minutes between walking in the door and getting on the road. (This review was written as I stood at the counter.) read more

Insurance paid for this one since their client hit my daughter. I also have a long time account with this company, just a different location. They picked us up at the car repair place so they could take us to get the paperwork done. The lady who was driving us drove a little too fast (over speed limit and enough to get a ticket). She did have control of the car, but I still felt that if she was driving other people place to place, that she would stay within the speed limit. When we got back to their office location,the lady parked us in a handicap spot. Really no reason for it as they had many other spaces in the parking lot that they could have used. We walked into the office and they had way too many people than they could handle. Their office was very small compared to other locations. Their staff was less than friendly when trying to get people taken care of. Yes, I understand that a few of the people there were walk ins and they need to take care of the appointments first, but I felt these were the ones who were treated less than kind when they walked in. I have been a customer for almost 10 years with the Enterprise company. I have never seen customers treated this way at any location, ever! Maybe they just had a bad day, Who knows. I know that unless insurance sends us here again (and hope we never have another issue that would cause us to), I would ask for another location. read more

Jessica an employee here was completely rude to my 60 year old mother. She was not helpful and demeaning. They had given my mother a car that smelled like smoke. Very strong odor. My mother has Severe asthma And thus, the smell triggers her asthma. My mother called to see if she could change the car out for another one and Jessica would not help her out at all. She told my mother to go to another location and hung up on her. My mother is not an argumentative person, and did so. Thus making her drive an unnecessary 30 min away when this Jessica could've helped her. Ridiculous customer service. And to think State Farm has a contract with Enterprise. We will be cancelling and taking business elsewhere. Do not come here. Go to the one on Fairmont. They were much nicer. And helped right away. Do not drop your vehicle off early at night drop off. First time rental experience and employee did not warn me that lot was unattended. Windshield damage "appeared" overnight. I thought when I dropped it off and took pictures in case I would be covered, not so much. The manager Ashley made sure to inform me that despite the poor customer service and lack of information provided, she wasn't interested in any supporting documentation I had. Further me she informed me that protecting their assets was more important then how I was treated as a customer. Very disappointing. Will never use again. read more

BEWARE INSURANCE FRAUD! Needed a rental (during chip and new car shortage) and was given a beat up 2020 Ram. Just calling to book a reservation (at the Webster,TX location) I was met with long hold times and a rude woman who had no business being in customer service. The truck in question was in awful condition, looked like it came from a construction site; there were dings, scratches and even rust on this truck! I said fine, I'll take what I can get right now. I had the truck for 2 weeks, drop it off, gets inspected and before I leave and they explain they found a crater in the windshield. Fine. Paid the 7 bucks for it to be filled and left. Was told all else is good, everything else was square. Once I return home, I get a call from an irate employee saying I damaged the tailgate and cracked a taillight and they were going to contact my insurance company. Both of these damages are related due to their close proximity to each other and was noted as damaged prior (along with the countless other dents / dings and scratches) before taking the keys. Do not do business with this criminal corporation who's willing to commit insurance fraud just for a quick buck! read more

Still in line waiting for my car. It s been 30 mins and there are four more ppl in front of me. Fully understaffed. Seems like there are only four people working. Two at the counter. One for cleaning the car and one for picking up/dropping off people. Four altogether. An extra body will be helpful. Esp considering they are one of very few locations open on Sunday and there are so many accidents in this area. Rental car for accidents always takes very long time. You have to figure out which body shop, insurance, who s paying for what, coverage, etc. read more

This location is a very busy place and I hear the biggest because of inventory. This is my preferred location; we use this company and this location regularly. I would recommend them to anybody who asked. We are always are treated well and taken care of as quickly as possible. I rented mini-vans from Enterprise on Bay Area before, when I was going on a road trip with a large group of people, and I rented cars from them when mine was in the shop for repairs. I have always gotten good service and been pleased. This time, the circumstances were a bit different. I was in a car accident, and the at fault motorist's insurance sent me to Enterprise for a rent car. I got someone to drop me off at the office on Bay Area, but the car reserved for me wasn't in yet. Sarah took me home in the Enterprise mini-van. She was friendly, personable, and dressed nicely. I felt perfectly at ease with her. Since I had been in an accident, she inquired as to how I was doing, and seemed genuinely sympathetic. Sarah told me that they would call me and pick me up when my car was ready. At the appointed time, Michael called and said he would be coming to pick me up; my car was ready. Again, the ride was pleasant; he was personable and made conversation, and he was dressed nicely. I was impressed. When we got to the office, I had to wait for a few minutes, because they were busy with customers at both registers. An employee who was not busy offered me coffee or water to drink, and engaged me in conversation while I sat there. Again, I was impressed with the friendliness and the helpfulness of the employees, and I told them so. I highly recommend this Enterprise location. I had a wonderful experience, and great customer service...but the reason I am only giving 3 stars is because when I explained that I wouldn't be there by 6 pm (closing time) to drop the car off due to my work schedule, and that it would be around 6:30 pm, the reps(at two different locations) told me I could use the drop box for after hours. Neither rep at either location told me that I would be charged another day for the car because it was after hours. Even though it was only 30 minutes, they still charged me an extra day. I called both locations and told them my complaint and that I would have just kept it another day if I knew that. I also told them they need to communicate this with their clients as well. Both locations refunded the extra day charge, which is great! But beware, they may not tell you this! read more

I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff at this location. They are always kind and professional. I rent from them about once a month and they are always very accommodating. They do tend to get very busy and the wait can be longer than I prefer at times but they make up for it with good customer service. The cars are nice enough although I wish they had blue tooth in more cars. The only complaint I have about this location is that the office often smells unpleasant.
