I was supposed to pick up a rental today while my truck was being repaired from an accident. I went it to say I wouldn't be taking their rental. The employees were more informative and helpful than the insurance agent had been. Do not rent car at this place, this is my first time to rent a car here because I have an accident that was not my fault. so they use the other insurance to rent the car at this place for me. Some one there acted like he does not know if my insurance will cover the car I rented there and he told me he doesn't want to involve with my insurance. so I decided to buy their optional protection to cover the car Which is $20 per day and I have to deposit $150. Right after I came home I called my agent about it. He told me I don't have to buy it because the moment I rent their car my Insrance already cover it. Than I went back there and cancel with them, i forgot what his name was but he told me he will cancel for me but he never did return my money back to my account. The next day I called and he answered he checked and he told me he forgot to return back to my account. He will return and I thought he will but nope he never did return. Worse customer services ever here. Never trust them, this is not a good place to trust these people. read more

Customer service: I rented from here and returned on Monday Oct. 15th. I put down a $200 deposit. I had to extend twice and each time they asked for payment up front and I paid them. No one ever told me that they would use the deposit if I extended my reservation even when I extended I asked what they were charging and how he came up with the amount. When I was told I would only get back $50.80 from my deposit, I asked the manager for the policy about deposits in writing stating that when you extend they use the deposit. So they ask for a payment and use your deposit? At home while my sister and I looked over my receipts I noticed that they charged me twice for Oct. 11th even though my reservations were for 9/27 - 9/29 then I extended to Oct. 12th then extended to Oct. 15th so why did I get charged twice for the 11th? I was told I recieved two days free which was untrue my receipt doesn't reflect those imaginary days. I got back $50.80 from my $200 deposit and charged twice for one day. Rental car: The car I got was damage and they didn't clean it. There were stains in multiple places, good thing I had the car wipes from my other car. No one asked me if I wanted to prepay for gas either. Fast friendly service until I returned the car. Be up front about what your charging and how and stop calculating days that were previously paid for if you are taking payments up front for extensions. I wish I would have went back to the Woodbury location I didn't have this issue there. Skip this location. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was in a pretty bad car wreck and had this set up via my insurance provider. I paid $30 to Uber over to the location and was told they didn't have a car for me but the blonde lady at the front desk was extremely rude and childish. I was extremely close to calling my insurance provider and having them change my rental service. Will never be back. read more

I made a late evening, on-line reservation request, for pick-up the next morning, as soon as they opened. They were friendly upon my arrival, greeting me by name, and had my car ready to go in just minutes. I was even upgraded to a more expensive car type/package, at no cost to me, due to availability! The day my car was due back, I needed to extend the rental one additional day; after a quick, friendly phone call, I was good to go, with zero hassle! The drop-off was just as friendly and smooth. Pretty good for a rental car place. The service people were polite and friendly and my vehicle was ready on time. Check in and return was fairly easy. I liked that I could do the preliminary sign up online. My only complaint was that I rented a Toyota Rav 4 and no one explained the Sport Mode vs Econ Mode. The end result was that for over half the trip I got lousy gas mileage because I did realize there was a difference. I wish someone had told me that. I would rent from them again-just not the Rav 4! read more

My first experience with this branch was not so great because of some poor customer service by one of the Assistant Branch Managers. The employee wanted to give me a car that wasn't what I reserved. The other assistant manager and branch manager followed up not only on the service but also the vehicle that I had to upgrade to (discounted upgrade). The second experience was a breeze, I dealt directly with the branch manager who gave me the car that I reserved and was quick. She assisted with my timing because I knew I wouldn't be able to return the car on-time. Overall, this branch isn't bad, I have had much better experience from other branches (Better customer service, wide variety of availability of cars, flexibility in pricing and flexible timing), but I will return to rent in the future. If I were to have another poor service experience then I would probably not return. read more

I reserved a car online for the weekend at 9am for a noon pick up and received a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from Enterprise. I called the local White Bear office about 20 mins later to see if I could pick up the car earlier and they said that they didn't have a car for me. The "customer service" rep (and I use that word loosely) said she was about to call me to let me know they didn't have a vehicle. She said that the entire Enterprise company website does not work and does not guarantee cars. I told her I thought it was ridiculous they would confirm a car and not have any vehicle on site. She said that no one called to let the "website people" know (her words) that they were out of cars. LOL So now I have four people and no car to put them in. Thanks Enterprise!! read more

I rent from this branch A LOT and I consistently get great service. I joke with my colleagues that I feel like Norm on Cheers when I walk in because the Enterprise staff always greets me by name. I've told the Enterprise staff that Enterprise should give seminars on customer service because the type of service you get here is becoming a rare thing - and they excel. Rent from them! read more
