When you rent cars at airport locations, it is typically a pretty smooth process. Yes, there will be upselling and constant suggestions that you should pay for their insurance, but they deal in volume and have the transactional elements down. Renting from a neighborhood location is a bit different. First of all, I have to say the employees at this location were swell. Apologetic for the delays and lack of options and tried to "make it right." So this review is not based on bad customer service, it is because this location feels set up for a lackluster experience. I made a reservation and arranged for billing a week in advance. I believe I am their typical customer, since everyone I know who has used this location is either getting their car repaired at the adjoining body shop or having their car serviced at one of Wilsonville's car dealerships. So when I walked in on a Tuesday morning at the appointed time for pick-up, I was surprised my car wasn't ready. When I say wasn't ready, I mean no cars were at the location. Period. It seems that they dispatch cars to this location based on reservations, rather than have a selection available for rental. So I wouldn't plan on being spontaneous. My car was finally ready about 30 minutes after the scheduled time and there were no choices. The car was pretty beat up, so when we did the walk around, the agent and I basically circled dents, dings and scratches on every surface. The seats were also dirty and the tank was empty. Boy, did I feel special. They told me I could try and exchange the car when they had more available, but when I called to do so, the timing never really worked out. Rental car was a mess on the outside and poorly cleaned on the inside. Nothing impressive here, only use this location if you have to Hard to do a pre inspection and spot anything behind the dirty car. Inside had scratched up panels and didn't smell fresh either. read more

Five stars for James who is one of the service counter personnel in Wilsonville. I have rented here 3 times now and all my good experiences have come from him. He is professional, friendly, and helpful. Now, for the rest of my experience which is the reason for the 3 stars. The first time I rented at this location there was no car available for me that was compact but they gave me a different car so it worked out. The 2nd time, there was no car available yet again due to someone returning a damaged vehicle. I understand returning a damaged vehicle but I had a car reservation 2wks in advanced to which you would have thought they had enough vehicles to compensate if one was a loss. I was on a strict time frame and this cost me an hour and half of time. The girl manager ended up telling me they had a car in Canby and asked if I wanted to drive up there and go get it. I was like no. I walked here. Then she asked if I wanted to rent a car and drive to Canby. I was like no. I don't want to rent a car just to drive to rent another car. Finally she said someone could drive me there. The man at that location was really nice and I got the car rental. This last time I got the car in good time frame so that worked out. read more

Mark was my go-to guy at Enterprise and has since moved on. Yet I just can deal with anybody and always get great customer service. I always get a great rental car it's just an easy wonderful experience. I have had bad rental car company experiences. Enterprise has been top-notch especially the Wilsonville branch. read more

I have been very happy with the staff, service and vehicles they have provided my family with. We have rented cars 4 times in the last year in Wilsonville. Mostly when our cars have been at Artistic Auto Body next door. Once when my car was in the shop. We also had an Awesome experience in Maui September 2013 We rented a Car for over a week, During my stay I was injured and Francisco the Manager at the Enterprise Rent a Car near the Airport went on and above to take care of us! After I explained my injury and that I needed to add my 23 year old son as a driver, Francisco (Manager) did this at no additional cost and seemed genuinely concerned about me and my condition. I am afraid to say anything negative. They always try to do me right and even if they keep pushing their used cars on me and give me cars with popcorn and potato chips all over the back seat, I'll still love them. Shawn, my man. Always working me a deal. I need a car to go to the beach, bam! There's a car. I need a car for Mt. Hood, bam! There's a car. They pick me up on time and they are friendly. And----They are close. Okay, so they didn't upgrade me to that awesome Chevy van like the Tigard branch did, but maybe they will next time. All kidding aside, they have treated us well and we will keep coming back. I did not have a good experience. I live in Portland but the NE branch would not help because I was having my car towed to Wilsonville. The Wilsonville branch helped me set up a reservation and said they would be there to pick me up 3hrs. This was important because I was on a serious time crunch. 30 min after my scheduled pick up time I call and they tell me that don't pick up people from Portland!! Basically, no Enterprise would help me and I was left stranded so The Wilsonville location agreed to pick me up even though they don't service my area. I'm glad I wasn't totally stuck but the run around and delays drove me crazy. Too bad Hertz doesn't sound much better. read more

Awesome service! Keone got me a car quickly, did not try to up sell me on insurance, and let me pick the car up later after they closed. When I was getting the car, a young mother with three children was returning a rental and the kids were restless, He recognized this and asked if he could quickly take care of them in front of me, which was no problem. Superior customer service is what this Enterprise is all about; manager Sean rescued us from an airport rental-gone-bad. We originally rented from the Enterprise at PDX, paying a huge premium for the convenience and for a specific vehicle. Upon pick-up the requested vehicle was substituted with a lesser brand. As we fought Portland congestion -in 103 degree heat!- we discovered the air conditioning worked only sporadically. After two hours of stop-and-go traffic we Googled for the closest Enterprise office, which, most fortunately for us was the hard-to-find Wilsonville branch. I explained the situation to Sean, and, even though the a/c had now started to work a little bit, he said he would do whatever he could to help. He mentioned that, although most of his inventory had been already been rented and/or reserved, a brand new truck had just come in. Sean did the paperwork and within 15 minutes we were back on the road in a beautiful new Ford F150 with killer air conditioning. Sean, I hope you read this - you helped make our vacation enjoyable and memorable. Thanks! To anyone reading this: My suggestion is to rent from this Enterprise branch, even if you have to Uber to get here; the rates are cheaper; the staff is professional and sooo helpful. read more

In June of 2016 I reserved a full size car to be picked up at the Wilsonville Enterprise on 8/10/16.Upon arrival no full size car was available. I was offered the choice of a Chevy Camaro, Ford Expedition, or Dodge minivan at the same price. I did not want the Camaro and opted for the Ford Expedition which was just pulling out of the lot so had to settle for the Dodge Minivan. This is a terrible vehicle, bad all round visibility and blind spots, and the vehicle had a bad front end, at speeds in excess of 50MPH there was a very bad vibration coming through the steering wheel the overall vehicle experience was not pleasant. The staff was very pleasant and accomadating otherwise and apologized for the inconvenience. You are a National Company, on a 2month advance notice I expect to get what I ordered, I have ordered a full size car for pickup in Winston-Salem next Thursday 9/1/16 It would be nice to get what I reserved, I guess we'll see. read more
