We have rented RVs from here several times and have always had great experiences. The RVs are clean, in excellent condition, and often times fairly new. We've been renting RV's from this place for around 20 years. Always get a clean new vehicle, and always feel like we get good value (particularly since buying, maintaining and storing an owned RV is a terrible "investment" unless you use it a lot!). I'm a pretty tough judge, and would have given 5 stars if they would just update their how to videos and manuals for their rented vehicles. We rented a 20' trailer. It was clean and basically new. They were great about showing us the ins and the outs of the trailer. When you return it, they take care of dumping waste water which makes renting and returning that much easier. Customer service could not be better. I would rent from them the next time I need a trailer or rv. They are top notch. read more

Great place to rent a RV. I e been renting from theses guys for the last 4-5 years and they never disappoint. Vehicles are clean, gases up with full tanks of water, propane. I just rented an RV from them and could not be more impressed. Communication was always great. The RV was immaculate and close to new condition (it was a few years old and you could barely tell). They really impressed me was when there was an issue. I parked the RV on the street the night before returning it. Someone hit it driving by breaking the driver's side exterior mirror. Jeff was totally chill when I returned it. Grant emailed me the cost to repair and it must of been the price of the parts wholesale. This was a point when they could have taken advantage and gouged me - they did the complete opposite. I would recommend them without hesitation and plan to rent from them again. read more

This company is grabby with credit cards. This happened late January, 2019. $300 was charged to our credit card, tho no services whatsoever were rendered. We're still upset. That's a lot of $$$ for nothing. We did not ever come to the town where this establishment is located. Talked with Grant by phone about renting. Was told a credit card was needed first of all. Immediately a deposit and insurance for the vehicle were charged to my credit card, despite the fact that we never drove a vehicle of theirs, we never even looked at a vehicle or set foot on their property. We've asked repeatedly, please, for a refund, which has been flatly denied. $300 has been kept by RV's To Go for nothing. Very sad. read more

Just after Labor Day weekend my husband and I were lucky enough to take a week-long RV rental from RV's To Go. We had a nice new Class C, and it had a very handy back-up camera. Grant was very helpful and thought we would enjoy the Three Capes Loop Tour that is suggested on their website. In fact, we had a blast! The RV had plenty of power and handled well, and the size was nice so we could easily park in the cute coastal towns. We basically toured the northern half of the Oregon Coast, visiting every little town, and we saw lighthouses, tidal pools and beaches, sea lions, hang gliders, kite surfers, sand dunes, cool rock formations, and beautiful natural areas. We have rented from RV's to go two times and plan on doing it again this summer. Our first time we rented a 26 foot c class sun seeker for 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. For our first rental it did the trick, especially that summer it was pretty hot and our daughter could take naps with the air conditioning. The second rental we mover up to a 30 foot c class with two slide outs. It was only a couple hundred more and the four feet make a big difference. This summer we are looking at their 36 foot a class with bunk beds! Wide variety of rentals. The owner is very cool. We shopped around and they had the best prices. By the way unlike some other companies that advertise its a rental they do not here. read more

I have rented from here twice now and will definitely be back. Both times I rented a 20 ft towable travel trailer. I am an avid dirtbike rider and camper that has considered buying a toy hauler on a number of occasions. I just cant justify it now that I know about RVs to Go. You pay just over 300 dollars and get the camper for an entire weekend. Plus, they empty the sewage and deal with all the logistics involved with the camper. You drop it off and are done. I don't have to deal with the storage or constant maintenance. The camper I rented both times slept 4 adults easily. Mark is extremely flexible and helpful with getting you setup and on your way. I am active duty military and was also happy to learn that they give a military discount. Solid operation, and highly recommended. read more

RVs To Go is by far the best place to rent a motor home in the Portland area. The units are very clean, well maintained, and Mark is a very helpful and accommodating owner. We had a very pleasant two week vacation through Jasper, Banff and the rest of the parks in British Columbia and Alberta, and we really felt at home. He explained everything in detail, and also gave us a DVD about the vehicle operation, in case we needed it or had any question while traveling. I would definitely rent from RVs To Go again. Had a great time in the trailer we rented. It was clean and brand new. We made the mistake of paying $100 for a kitchen package of dishes. It was a mishmash of dishes with no bowls and only two mugs, so we had to go buy them. When we returned (Our cleaned and re-stocked trailer) two hours late due to the horrible traffic around Portland the owner said he would keep our deposit of $200! Only after my protest did he offer $50 back. Very unreasonable people, and their return time of 10am is ridiculous unless you're camping in Portland. I had even called the day before to inquire about return time. No one answered and they didn't return my call until 10 am the next day which was bang on the return time! If your calculating your rental cost I'd consider the deposit gone if you're using these guys, then you won't be disappointed. read more

This was my first time renting an RV and we could not have had a better experience. When I first came in to look at the RV's Mark took the time to show me several different models and talk about where we were going, what our needs might be, what kinds of activities we were going to be doing on our trip and made a recommendation based on talking and listening to me. He even figured out my approximate mileage with me and gave me several brochures and ideas for side trips if we wanted to take them based on where we were traveling. Picking up the RV was easy, the instructions were helpful and our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We rented a bike rack for the trip as well and they made sure we were secure and ready to go before taking off. The RV's are super clean, newer models with lots of nice features. We rented a 31' with two slide-outs and once we were parked and could push those out, we had plenty of room for the parents, three kids and dog. There was lots of storage space underneath to put away our gear and the RV was easy to drive. We recently purchased a retired rental tent trailer from Mark. After we had already agreed on a price, Mark threw a few extras into the deal. He didn't have to do that and we were quite grateful. Mark spent an inordinate amount of time explaining everything about the trailer, going over every inch of it, and by the time we were done, we knew exactly what we were getting. Now if he's willing to do that for someone he's probably not going to rent to in the foreseeable future, I can only imagine how well he would treat a customer he hopes will return for more rentals. We rented our 24' sunseeker RV for a trip to Nevada at the end of August. The RV was near new, everything worked great, inside was super clean and the owner was very helpful! Our RV had no area to work in the kitchen that was very frustrating. The picture showed a flip up counter in the kitchen that was missing in our rig. When you go camping in the woods you expect to cook in your RV. No space to plug in a coffee pot. The outlet in the bathroom area did not work. Never could get the TV to work.
