I called another guy I found on next door great reviews after two days figured out he wasn't going to show up either. I called a bunch of plumbers off of Google and they either would not return my calls or they did not work on RV plumbing, however one plumber I did talk to gave me the name of an RV plumber. BRUCE RUSSELL... remember that name. When I told him my water had been leaking on my bathroom floor for 7 days he dropped everything and came over. Sadly I needed a new toilet, so he drove down to some Warehouse and luckily they had one (1) in stock. I cannot say enough about this man he hardly charge me anything for labor and his show up fee was ridiculously low.... after thinking about it I am guilt-ridden for not giving him some kind of a bonus.

I brought my camper in for an evaluation of a water leak probably caused by a burst due to cold…read moreweather. During the inspection Davey tried to sell me on a new roof and a number of other things I could not afford. I said lets just focus on the water leak. He did determine that this was caused by a burst water heater tank and gave me two options - a replacement original part or a newer part which he said was only about $50 more. Estimates for the work were between $500-$800 dollars and I said go ahead. The work was not completed on time, but was over a week late. When it was done he told me it would be $1550 but if I paid cash he would knock $100 off. I was stunned. When I asked why he said they had to rework all the plumbing for the new part! I was never told that this would double the cost. I sucked it up though I wasn't happy and went to pick the camper up. During the testing of the work the water heater caught on fire with flames up the side of the camper. He blamed his worker and wanted to tighten up a few things and let me take it then. I told him this shook my confidence in all the work done and to have him inspect the whole thing. I came back and paid him, then got home and found that the water cap was broken and called him about it. He had me come back in to pick up the part and admitted he knew it was broken but that it wasn't a big deal. Later I found that the panel over the water tank had not be reinstalled correctly and was loose. When I took it apart I found it was a broken mount but was not interested in having him correct his work as there were already bad feelings and had been back too many times. He did terrible work and had a bad attitude when I complained about it. Go to Curtis Trailers, you will pay the same and get quality work and helpful staff.

We came from Redding CA, a six hour drive for us to Salem to buy a trailer that was advertised as…read more"like new", "immaculate" and when we got there, not only was the trailer not clean: shower and sinks dirty, pee (yes, pee) in the toilet, nothing had been cleaned, but there was wear to the upholstered dinette area seating and the back of the seat was so sun damaged, that it was cracked severely! The stove burners showed moderate use and cupboards still had stuff in them. This trailer had received zero attention from this seller on this inside! I was expecting the condition would be as advertised, as this is the picture he painted. Either he openly lied about the condition, or he did not know the actual condition. Either way, it was way beyond disappointing, and I was fuming! I tried my best to be professional and just tell him what I saw without spewing, and he did drop the price for us, but this did not make me see him as a reputable seller. You cannot change first impressions, and ours was and still is, not good. Would not buy from him again or recommend him.
