What a horrible experience. I rented a car here because I've used Enterprise for years. I was taking a road trip and wanted to get a nice sized SUV for the trip. I booked ahead of time and picked up at my scheduled time. When they gave me the car, all of the doors were open and I hopped in and went home as I was leaving later that evening. Once I hopped in the car to head out, I immediately smelled the aroma of cigarettes in the car. It was unbearable. I guess since they had the doors open when I first hopped in, and the smell of whatever cleaner they used, it masked the odor. It was an unbearable 10 hour drive to Atlanta. They were already closed by the time I hopped in the car, so I couldn't swap it out. I called fist thing in the morning and Mike from this office answered. He was smug and dismissive. "You're in Atlanta, how do you want me to help you?" He offered 0 help in resolving this issue. I called around to multiple lovcal branches in ATL before finally going to the ATL airport. There they switched my car, luckily. I returned back a day earlier than my reservation, and the agent at this office told me I'd just be refunded the extra day. Now my CC is telling me that they will not refund the extra day for me, because the dates of my reservation were prepaid and couldn't be changed. If the agent had told me that at drop off, it would have been fine, but he assured me it would b refunded in a few days. Really bad experience all around and the only saving grace was the agent at the ATL airport that went above and beyond to get me in a new car. It's almost a little difficult to review this Enterprise Rent-a-car because I ended up not even being able to get a car from this location. I had booked a reservation online about a month prior to my trip. I go to this location and wait in line (the line took awhile since the man in front of me wasn't having a good experience either). When it was my turn we were told their systems were down and they weren't sure when they'd be up. They told us to wait in our car since we could have someplace cool to sit since due to COVID you cannot go inside. Our next question, based on the concerns of the person in front was, is there a car available? The rep said yes, but when you walked in the back there were no cars. Now I will say there was a car similar to what I would have rented that pulled in, but it sat in the front the entire time we were there. It was never moved to be fueled if needed or cleaned. We then called another Enterprise and was told this is somewhat of a common thing and the system tends to go down sometimes monthly. I do find it odd that since I had my credit card on file, that they couldn't process it after the system came up, but I'm not sure how their processes work. Anyhow, they told us it could take an hour or multiple. Being that the car was needed and putting us way behind I called Enterprise customer service and canceled the reservation all together. I noticed by the time we pulled away, no one was in the parking lot either so everyone else must have given up too. After picking up the new rental car we did get a call saying the system was up , but they never indicated that the car was ready - if the car I saw was mine, that was not enough time to thoroughly clean it due the COVID-19 situation. So unfortunately I canceled the reservation, got a car from somewhere else and won't be using this location ever again. read more

My car was infested with bugs. I saw what I thought was a small spider or ant. Then I noticed another one. Later that day they came swarming out of the console. They are more active at night making the car not drivable in the evening. You also cannot have any sort of food or drinks in the car if you don't want to be covered in bugs. They appear to be ants. If you don't like bugs you probably should rent from somewhere else. read more

Horrible experience with Enterprise. I was in a car accident and my insurance Progressive uses enterprise car rental service. The car I was given smelled heavily of Fabuloso with a hint of marijuana. However I didn't complain. Unfortunately when I brought my car back the enterprise representative was upset that I had some dog hair in the back seat. I'm I suppose to clean the rental now before I return it? What about the awful smell the car had when I received it? Enterprise does not care about customers with pets. I was never told I could not have my dog in the car. Furthermore, I will be fighting the extra charge $50 since they kept the deposit. read more

The worker David was working very short staffed on a busy Wednesday. And even though it was very warm out he always asked costumers if they needed water, any way to make a stay more comfortable. My family of 4 and I travelled down here to get a car and we had so many luggage's that our original car wouldn't fit them all so he traded our car for a bigger one. While we were waiting, keep in mind he had like 10 costumers and had to clean the cars as well, my grandma started to get very hot and he gave her the keys to a car and allowed her to sit in the car with the AC on while we waited for our car to get cleaned up. This is for the Wilton Manors location. The staff here is top notch. 10/10. I rent here a few times per year. The office is reasonably clean, and they usually have the car I booked. If you are choosing between this location and Sunrise... use this one. (Sunrise is a mess.) While this is my preferred location, heads up that getting out of here is tricky: the divided road means that if you want to go toward the beach, you'll need to go the *opposite* direction and make a U-Turn. Not a big deal, just be aware. There are usually lots of Uber/Lyft drivers around this area, so getting a ride after returning the car is pretty easy. read more

Jervis Hamilton is the Enterprise shining star here! Jervis is the assistant manager and should be manager or have his own store. Jervis simply amazed me. I asked to drive a Toyota product and Jervis took it upon himself to drive to a different location and get one! Who does that? No one, except Jervis. The personal attention and professionalism was so far beyond my expectation it's not even funny. I'm not an easy person to please and really never expect that anyone is going to do much more than their job, if even that. But with the kind of experience that Jervis gave me was so over the top that I just had to sit down and write him a review. In the future, I'll have no where to look but Jervis and Enterprise. Prices were very fair, no games, the car was just fine and even the gentleman "Matt" who received my one way car wanted to reimburse me for the new battery I put in the car's key fob. Seems Enterprise has a host of wonderful staff. Jervis, thank you! You really are amazing and I only hope good things come to you. Reserved an economy car today. I was told it was available and ready at this location. I get to the store via Lyft just to be told that there was no compact vehicles available for me but only a mustang. Frustrated, I called another Lyft to take me back home. As I waited for my ride more people started showing up seeking their reserved vehicles. Apparently, they were not happy either. Called Enterprise to make a complaint. Currently waiting for the Regional Manager and Quick Resolution department to call me back. read more

The only issue is that their shuttle was not cleaned when I was given a ride as the van had a ton of crumbs and beverage bottles in the van as if a family had just rented out the van. I called in the morning and made my reservation. I was told to call when I get to my mechanic as they will come and pick me up...so the story unravels: Agent: Can I help you? Chip: I made a reservation for a mid-size Agent: I'm sorry, we have no mid-size available at the moment. Chip: I don't understand, I made a reservation, do you have my reservation? Agent: Yes, we do, unfortunately we ran out of cars. Chip: But the reservation keeps the car there. That's why you have the reservation. Agent: I know why we have reservations. Chip: I don't think you do. If you did, I'd have a car. See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them. I've used this location several times over the years and never had a problem. Used them most recently a week or so ago while my car was getting fixed. They were a little understaffed and had a lot of customers on a Saturday. I was half an hour late for my reservation but they still helped me and everyone else there even though it was past their close time. They even upgraded me to an SUV for free. They also let me keep the car for an extra day without any hassle. The assistant manager Gabby who was on duty was amazing, she kept her cool and managed to joke around even though she was the only person there and had a ton of customers waiting. She provided me with excellent customer service and she remembered me when I came back to drop off the car 5 days later. read more

HORRIBLE...Rented a 15 passengers van which was infested with ROACHES. Couldn't get a hold of anyone even after reaching out to enterprise main office which left a message with the district manager (Still haven't reached out to this date). I had to fumigate the van, TWICE, and there was still roaches in it (you know the next renter had the same problem). So much for their "PLEDGE OF COMPLETE CLEAN / COVID (don't believe in it). Poor customer service and very rude staff. We Made a reservation for 8am but got picked up and hour and a half later at 9:30am; when we arrived to the rental place they made us wait for more than 2hours to get our rental! more exactly we arrived at 9:30am and is currently 11:20am and we (me and my two year old daughter) are still here waiting to get our rental. The lady said she is "multitasking" meaning she took my Driver license and someone else's information and none of us got service. It's awful and I will never come back here! She said she couldn't find our reservation then it magically appeared, she said my card got Declined then it magically worked!? Oh and because the card got declined the first time, she said she wouldn't be able to use the card again for "security" reasons when I insisted she did it and guess what ..it worked!? ...she lied she probably didn't do it right the first time because she is oh yes "multitasking" It just been an awful Experience and more so for someone with a young child read more

I called this location the day prior to my reservation. I informed them that I needed to add on an additional driver. The driver was in a city an hour away but he could go to a local enterprise and fax a copy of his license in. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed that I could do this. The next day, I called to get a ride to this location. I called 2 hours before my reservation time @3pm. I was told that there were no drivers. There goes the company promise of "the company that picks you up. Furthermore, I wanted to double check the additional driver confirmation I received the day prior. I'm glad I checked. I was told that both parties have to be present at the same branch for this to be valid. Wait? Don't they just make a copy of the licence? Yes. Can't they just confirm the driver and license at another branch at the same time I'm renting the car...apparently not. Unfortunately, I have to rent this vehicle. Wish me luck. Made a reservation dec 29th ( accepted on website ) the manager at the location when I arrived after taking a uber stated there were no cars available. That was it, reserved again a week later same thing, was on hold for 27 minutes, called corporate and they were the same, how are they in business. Made a reservation 4 days ago, when I went to call them the day of the pick up to confirm I will pick up the day off, they left me on hold and hung up on me. I went in regardless when I go to the counter and show my online reservation , the representative told me that they did not have the car I reserved. They offered a pick-up truck but I wanted an economy car.. that's the point of having a reservation. I do not want a big pick-up truck and spend gas on it for a long distance trip. I asked to see if there was another location to get a car and she said she couldn't do that because It's too late and I did not call to confirm. Which is not the case because I did call back , you left me on hold and hung up on me and again I have a reservation # . Call their customer service number to see if there was another location myself. They offered another branch and when I call to confirm that they would not have another car to rent for another 2hrs at least. I had needed this car at the time I made a reservation not 2 hrs later and then have to go myself to another location. At this point they were making me late and I was able to confirm with hertz for a rental sooner then enterprise.The worst customer service I have ever received . Will not use enterprise again and I will tell everyone my horrible experience. read more

We made a reservation for a SUV with a noon pick up. We went there at 11 am to hope to pick the vehicle up little early. However they had no cars available. Can we go for lunch and they will call us back. Never got a call so we went back at 1pm. Still no vehicles but they are on their way and should be there in 30 min. So left again. Went back at 2pm. Still no vehicle waited another 30 minutes. Called the toll free corporate office and they did not care. Just waisted half a day of my Florida vacation and I am still without a car. Based on the other people waiting at this location all upset I would skip this location at all cost. read more

An inconvenient truth! Reservation smooth, then received call that no cars were available. Then a car was made available, but had to wait 1:25 after they took my card before they placed me in the car! On top of that, there's no drop box for keys. I rent cars about twice a month traveling for work. This was one of the more frustrating experiences in the past year. Also, google placed the location incorrectly and needs correcting. 3 stars for pleasant people despite poor organization...oops! Now it's 1 star as they charged my 1-day as 4 days! This is a review from November. I needed to have my wife's Tucson repaired and the ins co recommended Enterprise. From the time Matthew picked me up at the body shop until the time I dropped their rental back off at the body shop 8 days later things could not have gone smoother.
