I was charged a damage reimbursement fee for hail damage and I was not in any hail I told them that and I was also charged refuel price and car had more gas in it when I returned it than when I rented it !! read more

Very disappointed with Enterprise in Yukon, OK. I reserved a vehicle approximately three weeks prior to arriving in Oklahoma. The day before picking up my car, I received a voicemail from the Yukon office stating my vehicle was damaged, so they no longer had a car for me. I called the office to confirm and spoke with their staff. This time, I was told my vehicle was no longer available because I was not allowed to reserve a vehicle at one location and return it somewhere else. I told the employee the message said the vehicle was damaged. He told me, "That could be true too." I explained I had no issue reserving the car online after I clearly stated the vehicle would be returned to a different location without. The employee was very rude throughout the whole interaction. He told me I would have to rebook with Enterprise's airport location. By doing this, my rate would be increased, and I was still not guaranteed a vehicle. While explaining my frustration to the employee, he hung up on me. I suspect my vehicle was given to someone else and believe this office is very unprofessional and dishonest. I'd recommend using a different rental office while in Yukon, Oklahoma. read more

You'll get screwed if you incur toll charges! They'll instruct you to add the license plate to your toll account but then the toll tag company will still bill enterprise and they'll tack on a large "processing fee" and just say it's in the fine print. Never again! read more

Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so when I find it, I like to recognize it. Matt and Chenelle at Enterprise Yukon were beyond helpful when my car was involved in an accident and I was forced into a rental. They each went above and beyond in different capacities to ensure I was well taken care of during this traumatic and extremely inconvenient ordeal. I hope Enterprise Corporate acknowledges their efforts and uses them as positive examples in the company's employee handbook. read more

Do not waste your time with Enterprise. Absolutely the worst car rental experience!! Our insurance sent over the proper paperwork, and we scheduled a car rental 2 weeks in advance. The day before we were supposed to drop our car off for repairs, Enterprise called and told us they would not be able to get us a car approved by insurance for 4 days! However, we could pay extra for a bigger vehicle. Keep in mind Enterprise knew what vehicle we needed because insurance sent this info over WAY in advance. I was told the manager could not be reached and would call first thing the next morning. No one called. We were left stranded at the car repair shop. When we tried to call the office, we were left on hold for over an hour. In desperation, we scheduled another reservation for the following Monday as we were told a car would be available then. Pickup was scheduled for 8:30 am. Again we were left stranded for a SECOND time. Corporate is no help in situations such as these as we were told this would be escalated to the regional manager who also never returned our calls. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Enterprise. They clearly do not value their customers or their time. read more

My 19 y/o daughter was involved in an accident on 23 Jan. Filed insurance claim through USAA. They set me up with a rental car through Enterprise in Yukon. I called Yukon Enterprise to coordinate pickup of rental car. Allegedly, I was speaking with the manager (he claims). He informed me that I would not have a vehicle ready until Thursday, 26 Jan. I informed him that this simply is not acceptable. I hung up on this individual very frustrated as he could have cared less. I called back approximately 10 minutes later, hoping to speak with someone else. I was not fortunate as he answered the phone. I asked him if he resolved my situation and I asked him if he contacted USAA to inform them that they are unable to provide me with a vehicle as I'm sure they would like to have that information. I was getting no where with this individual - I hung up! 26 Jan, I called as I was told they would not have a vehicle until that day. I'm so lucky, I got to speak with the same individual and he continued to inform me that I would not have a car until Monday, 30 Jan. He had no acceptable answers as to why I wouldn't have a car. Again, I called on 27 Jan, this time around I did not speak with the same individual but I did speak with someone who indicated that he is the manager of that location. He was not very helpful and told me that I could get a car on 1 Feb. I tried to have a calm conversation with this individual but he could not have cared anymore than the other "manager"! On 26 Jan I called customer service/support. She was very polite, understanding and sounded like she truly wanted to help me resolve the situation. She took down my information and assured me that I would receive feedback regarding the matter. As of this writing, 27 Jan, 4:31 P.M. I have yet to hear from anyone. Frank read more

Continued update - They are still trying to collect money I do not owe them. They have switched to a different collector. Do not have a wreck in one of their cars or at least use their insurance. They are not helpful, do not care if you are hurt, and will charge you for things your insurance says you do not owe. Corporate acts like they want to help you but does nothing. read more

Showed up to pick up my car up. Reserved it online, paid in full upfront. Only to be told that they don't have a car, when I arrived to pick it up. Excuses were you should really give us 24 hrs. It's frustrating and infuriating. I live in Yukon and six blocks from my house is the only car rental place in town. i.e., Enterprise in Yukon. Dozens of times I have gone online at night and made reservations for cars on their app that were CONFIRMED. Almost always, I get a call the very next day from Yukon Enterprise saying they don't have cars to rent "this week." WTF??? Do they not understand the meaning of the word CONFIRMED??? Why has this been a serious problem here for YEARS? Why can't they get other cars in like other Enterprise locations? Second, they're not nice to their customers and there is no such thing as customer loyalty here. If you keep coming back to this location you're either desperate or stupid. read more

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a business ever. I would not recommend this company or the employees that work here to anybody. I had a rental pick up scheduled for a week. I had to drive an hour to get my rental car and half way through the drive they call me to tell me they have no cars and have no idea when they will be able to get any. Everyone is very friendly, but buyer beware! We reserved a Standard car to be picked up at 4:00. We got a call at 3:00 asking if we were coming to get the car, and we said we'd be there between 4:00 and 4:14. When we arrived (at 4:10), we were told there were only two cars left, a compact and an SUV. Given that we were three adults with luggage, we took the SUV assuming that we'd be charged for the Standard car we reserved. Wrong! We were charged the SUV rate, even though they failed to save the Standard car for us. When I asked why the big price difference ($200+!), I was told that it was a $200 deposit and that insurance and our extra driver would be taken out of that when we returned the car at DFW. It wasn't. The kind folks at DFW wanted to help, but were baffled by the whole thing. If you have a reservation, it seems to be a first come first serve in terms of what car you get, and you'll pay full price for whatever they give you, even if it's more than your reservation. We emailed a complaint to Care@enterprise.com. They just forwarded our message to the Garth Brooks Blvd. place, and they have not bothered to respond to us. If I were you, I'd just go to the airport for rental cars. read more

It was all good, very friendly and respectful, but not good at all next day when I checked my bank, I knew they charged $200.00 deposit which should be refunded within 24 hours, what a surprise that instead of having a $200.00 refund I had another $200.00 charge, I called them and I was told that someone made a mistake and instead of checking the refund box checked the charge box but it was already fixed, well the refund information has not made it to my bank, the first charge of $245.35 has been processed and the second charge of $200.00 is still in progress, I called the bank but there is nothing they can do because the transaction is in progress, that I'm protected and I just need to dispute the charge, I know the bank will take care of it but in the mid time my account is $400.00 less that what should be, hopefully I don't have an overdraft since it is very low now. Very Disappointed. And as of today 8/24/18 the $400.00 refund still not make it to my account. Really?? I rented the car on 8/22/18. read more

I rarely leave reviews but the service and dishonesty of this location is absolutely ridiculous and the manager Matt is probably the worst! Gave me the wrong car, and they neglected to tell me they didn't have the car I ordered when I booked weeks in advance. Honestly, thought I just booked the wrong car and it was my fault. It wasn't until I started calling other Enterprise locations to fix their mistake where they told me I received the wrong car. Matt told me there was no price difference in the car I ordered and the car I got however their website disagrees. I asked them to find me the correct car while I was already starting my vacation, he said he would call other locations and call me back but never did. After many many phone calls on the road I finally found a bigger car to fix their mistake in Mesquite Texas along our travel path. Matt said he would give me one day free when I return. I returned the new car a day early and Matt said he would refund me $251 dollars which I thought was more than nice of him but really he only refund me about $40 because the rest was the security hold! Lies again. DO NOT RENT from this location! They are shady and the customer service is absolutely awful! read more

These folks are as nice, and as quick and professional as you could want in a rental car company. They picked me up on time when it was scheduled by my insurance company due to hail repairs on my personal car, and after arriving and a few minutes of paperwork I asked about what model of car they had available. They had me down for a Chrysler 200 which I don't like because they are such a poorly made car, so I jokingly asked if they had anything else since I was used to something sportier- my Mazda Speed6. They said I could have a Camaro convertible, brought it around and I was outta there! It was a 6 cylinder and had some miles on it but what a change for me- I haven't been in a convertible in years. I was surprised they would have such a diverse array of vehicles and so willing to change at a simple request without a bunch of excuses about why I couldn't have it! Great job. I defy anyone to beat such service at their prices anywhere. read more
