When I walked in to Franks and spoke with Jerry about doing some work on my wife's Highlander that wasn't really necessary but would sort of improve the looks I was expecting to pay a lot. Wow! Was I wrong. If I had gone to the dealership and got a quote I would probably not had the work done. Thanks to Jerry and his team my wife is happy. Excellent service. Said he had enough or too much insurance work on the shop floor…read morealready and expressed concern that I would be unable or unwilling to pay if cost exceeds estimate. Not sure that's the real reason, but that's what they said. Offered to pay 1/2 up front, Refused. Brought my car in about 10am and got a written estimate. When I came back around 1pm, they had changed their mind. Not even a courtesy call before I drove in from Talbotton. That's my experience, hope yours is better.
