Upon returning the vehicle, I needed to visit the agent to report two concerning issues with the vehicle. I waited in line for over 30minutes and asked the agent for quicker service. This is my right as a paying customer. The agent, named "Lance", got upset because I asked for speedier service. When it was my turn at the counter, Lance provided the worst service, which was completely different from the service to the customers ahead of me. I explained to him that the rental had two bald rear tires with thread showing, and the gas opener was broken, requiring a tool to open it. "Lance" wrote it down and said nothing. He asked for the mileage and gas level, which I provided. Throughout this period, he gave me the silent treatment and failed to answer my questions about safety. He then printed my receipt and gestured for me to go away. I asked for his name, but he refused, acting childish by repeating, "What's your name, what's your name." Luckily, I heard him share his name with the previous customer. His name is LANCE and his boss is BRIAN, which you can deduce from earlier ratings, they're not on the customer's side. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. If you have to, expect long waits, crampy service, old vehicles with dangerous equipment, and no concern for customer safety.

They said their inventory was not connected to the Budget online system. They said they only had a cargo van available, which would not work for a move. Budget said that the closest Budget Truck Rental where they MIGHT have a moving truck available was in Seattle (24 miles away), but we would not be sure until we actually arrived there. Asked about what recourse or a way to make a complaint and the manager and the 1-800 number said there was nothing they could do and I would have to call their customer service telephone number to make a complaint.

They were quick to respond and Julie was a model of proficiency to help us on our way. We rented a 24FT Four Winds. It had everything we needed and a great layout. The entire staff was great, and no trick gotcha hidden fees in that fine print you don't catch. During our trip Julie was readily available for any questions we had while in the far north. While all components worked, this motorhome was built during Covid and it was clear quality and workmanship had taken a hit. Regardless, that's not anything to do with NW Adventures and they have quite a variety of equipment to choose from. I would rent from them again in an instant.
