I showed up at 4:45pm and though they only had minivans left, they honored my Amazon discount (you can also use AAA) and it turned out to be roughly the same price as a car. The employees were very friendly and now that I've had the rental for two months, I've got to know them well and will be a life-long customer. I can't wait to get my Tesla back, but I won't soon forget my new friends at Enterprise. Thanks again!

The car we ended up with was a brand new 2025 jeep compass that was a dream to drive! Since the car was new the system wouldn't let him give us the deal so he actually refunded us so he could give us the price he promised! The process of picking it up and dropping it off was quick and easy plus when my friend accidentally left something in the vehicle, the staff went above and beyond to get the item back for her going as far as to track it down and have the car brought back to get the item for us! I'm not sure why the ratings are so bad but if I could give a higher rating than 5 I would! 10/10 would recommend!

A reservation is a promise on both sides. I promise to pick up the car and they promise to have it available. When I called the corporate line (and after I got past the AI and waited 20 minutes), the response I got was effectively 'yeah, that happens.' No attempt to make it right - just a verbal shrug. Five hours later the Kirkland location called me to let me know they finally had a car. At that point, I'd already moved on and made other plans. This is the second time this has happened to me at this Hertz. I'll be avoiding this location and Hertz in general after this.

I had called to confirm the final price would be the advertised rate plus tax and a full tank return--but when I arrived, I was pushed toward extra coverage options I hadn't been told about, with explanations that contradicted what I'd read online. The sales tactics included a room filled with framed photos of crashed exotic cars--intended to scare customers into buying add-ons like wheel protection, gap coverage, and "loss of use" fees. I declined all and recommend checking with your own insurance or credit card provider, as many already provide coverage. Both cars I rented had mechanical issues and cleanliness problems. One had a malfunctioning convertible top and non-working side mirrors; the other came with leftover food in the cabin. Documentation of damage felt rushed and incomplete, so I suggest taking your own photos and videos. Lastly when I got in and fired her up only had 1/8 tanks of gas. Customer service was attentive, quick, and pleasant to chat with. No upsells were made, but I did have National Executive status. The shuttle driver and ride was prompt and courteous. The only thing that could've been improved upon is if they called me ahead of time to ask if I needed a ride to the location.
