I will use him again and recommend him to all my friends. I've had Jim clean my carpets before and was very impressed with how well they came clean. These were mostly area rugs (that my dog thinks are his!) and when Jim was done they looked brand new. This time he cleaned my tile floors, which were never sealed and hadn't been professionally cleaned since we moved in 2 years ago. With kids and a dog, I was afraid the grout would be permanently dark, but they look like new.

I was hoping for some improvement but got way more than I even hoped for. My carpets look new and there are no spots left. I'd say I'm beyond pleased considering the carpet is very light beige. REVIEWER # 2 I was…read moreso sad to hear that this location closed! At least I had the pleasure of visiting during my trip back home to Orlando in December. I have been following PurpleGlassBoutique for a while on Instagram and always said to myself that when I am back in Orlando I would make it a mission to try this place out. PurpleGlassBoutique has two locations. One on Pine Hills and this location. This location was in a nice plaza area with other stores and somewhat small. They had 2 dressing rooms and a great selection of clothes. The prices ranged depending on the style. I loved their clothing because it was so unique from other online shops. Plus they cater to the plus size and ladies you know how hard it can be to find that outfit that turns a man's head real quick! This was the place I would get all those sexy outfits! Although they have closed their store I will continue to shop online and support this business. Hopefully they haven't closed down the other location! RIP PurpleGlassBoutique! REVIEW 112/196

We have spent a lot of money at this store over the years. Sadly, we will no longer give our…read morebusiness to them because of the unprofessional and offensive conversations regarding politics they have with customers - in front of the entire store. They make fun of those who are not on the same side of the aisle as them and speak very negatively about our country and those who are trying to make it better. It was sad and I am sure they will lose lots of customers if they continue initiating and engaging in these types of discussions in front of customers. They sound like they have a hatred for all Republicans.

The owner at Eco Art was patient with me and explained the different choices to be made when stretching and framing canvas. She helped me pick a frame that would most complement the artwork and the existing decor of my home. The end result is stunning. Five stars for her expertise, patience, and excellent communication!

Marisela was quick to respond, and after a few more emails during which the dye process was explained, I told Marisela I wanted to proceed and asked her to confirm the mailing address. No response for several weeks, but I finally heard back after pinging her again and I shipped the items and provided her with the tracking number. Months later, no update. I wrote to find out what the status was, and she apologized for the delay and asked if I still wanted to proceed. I replied "Yes!" Back to silence. Since then I've sent a few more emails, including one where I stated it was clear that for whatever reason she was unable to do the requested work, and I asked for the items to be returned to me. Still no response. It is now mid-August and nothing. Super unprofessional. Would not recommend at all.

So I bought a beautiful white wedding dress online and found Marisela at ALTERIA online and inquired about her services. We discussed the color, she answered my questions, and we got the ball rolling. My dress came back even more beautiful than I could have imagined!! Between buying the dress, having it dyed, and having it tailored - I still only spent less than $600 overall which seemed like a great price compared to dresses I was seeing in stores. I attached photos of the untailored white dress versus the final tailored beautiful blue version. Marisela was incredible to work with and I am so glad I found her company!! She made my Cinderella dreams come true on my big day and I will treasure the photos and memories forever. :) Thank you so much ALTERIA!!!!
