Tom did not provide written confirmation of the move. He literally sent me angry texts the day before my scheduled move because he was angry that I contacted him on a Sunday to confirm the move the following day - Monday. He told me I was unreasonable to ask for confirmation more than once. In my experience, movers are flakes - All Points is no exception. Tom: If you don't want to be contacted on a Sunday, then do this instead: 1. Reach out proactively to your prospective client days before the move to provide written confirmation via email. You did not do this, that's why I had to text you repeatedly. 2. Don't book moves on Mondays if you can't be bothered assuring your prospective clients the day before their move that everything is confirmed. If Sundays are so important to you, why are you spending time looking at my Google review and my LinkedIn profile on a Sunday? Be nice to your clients and you'll have a peaceful Sunday. Don't trust this company.

What's scary, is that after I pointed this all out to their movers in real time, they denied their fault. I witnessed the movers use personal home items to cushion, prop, and support other items during the move. Naturally you can imagine the minor damages this can cause to your home furniture. I refrain from posting any photos of the damage in fear of retaliation, not that this moving company would do such a thing, but safety first. The moving crew was kind. Maybe they just lacked proper training from management. Any expectation to salvage this experience has been dismissed. Management never responded. I am writing this to inform "YOU", the future paying customer, of my experience and things to watch for when choosing this moving company. Hopefully I was the outlier. They arrived on time and were friendly, personable and professional. They brought everything that they needed for my move, including protective gear for my furniture. Everything was done within a reasonable timeframe and all of my goods arrived intact. I did have one broken bowl, but that was due to a packing mistake on my part and had nothing to do with them. These folks are top notch. Their rates are pretty competitive relative to what their competitors charge, and they're worth every single penny. Brent did a site visit at my home to give me an accurate quote and told me if I need boxes prior to my move, I could pick them up from their warehouse. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. The two days were long but went smoothly and although it was expensive, I felt like we got what we paid for and had no surprises with the bill at the end!
