Great service except for an employee on the phone with someone else, using airpods bad mouthing her previous client and then her boss and a female coworker which she said couldn't say her name otherwise she would know she was talking about her. it all started when her boss told her to start a pedicure and apparently she did not want to do. After moving further north, I couldn't find a nail salon that does as good a job as KB Nails, and although it is a 20 min drive, I make the drive to get my nails and pedicures done here. Diane, the owner, is just the sweetest and Christina is a wizard, but anyone there will treat you well. It's the only place my Grandma (95 yrs young) will go to for her monthly pedicure as well. read more

Tried KB nails in NSL right by Lees 2 weeks ago. Went in for a full set of acrylics. They talked me into some kind I had never tried before (which was a full clear nail). They claimed they were healthier and lasted longer. So I agreed to try. I also wanted french tip, which they also tried to talk me into color and not french, but I stuck with it. They looked beautiful when I left (which they should for the price I had to pay).. but after a week and a half 2 nails came off. Just popped off taking and elastic out of my hair. i was so disappointed. for 60 dollars they lasted a week and a half?! I have never had them last for that short of a time. read more

*will update review after my next appointment!* I've been here a few times for pedicures, and have had great results with a couple of the gals - especially Enroy. She does a fantastic job! My latest experience with Diane, however, was disappointing. The pedicure as a whole just wasn't the same quality I had received by others, so I called to see what my options were; they said they'd fix it. Great! Went back in earlier today, just to have Diane tell me, to my surprise, that I got the results I did 1) because of my "dry skin", and 2) because I selected their basic pedicure. Hmmm...so, I guess I'm the only person that has this thing called "dry skin", and I also shouldn't expect a good result with the basic pedicure they offer. ‍ Diane - the way you handled this showed me that you unfortunately were more concerned about being right, than making it right. Suggesting the customer is somehow the reason for the subpar service they received is never a good move. I've rescheduled my appointment with Enroy, who has previously done a great job, and I'll be sure to update my review after that appointment. read more

One of the best pedicures I've ever had. Wendy not only gave me the massage but has a really steady hand and painted my toes to perfection. I also loved my mani by Chela. Saddest excuse for a set of nails EVER! I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last one on the planet! It was very difficult communicating with the nail tech in the first place, then she complained about my color choice after convincing me to do a dip instead of an acrylic nail. My nails look like utter crap and it's barely a week later. One nail complete shattered and now my finger hurts. EVERY nail is lifting and chipping. OH and to top it off, I paid $60 for this shoddy work! I'm pissed! I will NEVER come back! read more
