I booked an appointment online for a full balayage/ long hair and was quoted a price. My stylist, Carly, reached out to request a photo of my hair so that she was prepared and moved up my appointment an hour earlier to ensure we had enough time. I also provided a photo of the look I had done previously so she'd know exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Carly and she was super friendly. The salon looks like a house on the outside but the inside was transformed. The interior is super cute. It's well kept, bright and stylish. The other stylists were so friendly and welcoming. Before the magic began, Carly advised me that my service would actually end up being around $150 more than I was quoted due to the length of hair I have and the product needed. This was definitely disappointing. I expected a variance but not something so drastic, as I booked the service for long hair to begin with. I opted for the partial balayage and it was still more than quoted and over my anticipated budget. That was the only disappointment I had. Other than that, Carly was very professional and she did beautiful work. My hair was the exact shade I was looking for. It was very natural looking. Carly provided information on when to have my look touched up and sent me home with samples of their amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. Instead of just saying they do not know how to do course hair, they completed the butchering to my daughters hair and charged her $80 to look like helmet head! When I questioned them they said a wash and set was $20, to blow it out after was after $14- which wash and set come with blowing in any salon in the world! They charged her $24 to cut her ends which was absolutely horrible, then $15 to do a hot oil treatment in which I supplied the oil and leave in conditioner from my home! They then charged my child without telling her the price for butchering her hair! She is still crying! Ridiculous

Unfortunately, the plastic brush that she used did not allow for any lift which is what I went in there for.
