She also has amazing treatments available for your hair. One hour and fifteen later I finally got asked about my color for my hair, half an hour after that I finally got color on my head ($80). Walked out with a wet head when I saw my son (who had been waiting since 3:00 - that was his appointment at 3:00) still sat untouched and she was applying color to someone else(who again came 1:45 after us. When I announced we were leaving she did apologize and said it was a mis- communication and she was "trying to stay on time". I explained that's not what you tell people that have been waiting for over two hours. She said "I thought he just liked hanging out with us?". Yes Karen, I am sure all 21 year old young men LOvE hanging out in beauty salons for two hours being ignored. Although you did tell him 3 times he was next which obviously was wrong, I did bring to your attention how long he has been waiting and we did not enjoy "hanging out. My hair color, thanks for asking, came out a mustardy yellow. I am sure it will look great on my dream vacation . I had an appointment for over a week. I booked an appointment online for a full balayage/ long hair and was quoted a price. My stylist, Carly, reached out to request a photo of my hair so that she was prepared and moved up my appointment an hour earlier to ensure we had enough time. I also provided a photo of the look I had done previously so she'd know exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Carly and she was super friendly. The salon looks like a house on the outside but the inside was transformed. The interior is super cute. It's well kept, bright and stylish. The other stylists were so friendly and welcoming. Before the magic began, Carly advised me that my service would actually end up being around $150 more than I was quoted due to the length of hair I have and the product needed. This was definitely disappointing. I expected a variance but not something so drastic, as I booked the service for long hair to begin with. I opted for the partial balayage and it was still more than quoted and over my anticipated budget. That was the only disappointment I had. Other than that, Carly was very professional and she did beautiful work. My hair was the exact shade I was looking for. It was very natural looking. Carly provided information on when to have my look touched up and sent me home with samples of their amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. The prices have nearly doubled since the last time I was in about two years ago. $45 for a wash and blow out and no option for her to curl the ends like I prefer since they do not have curling irons. A salon without a curling iron? ODD. I did not ask for a round brush but I am Soum that's what she would use to blow out my hair. Unfortunately, the plastic brush that she used did not allow for any lift which is what I went in there for. ALSO lost another star because the cost of a wash and blow-out seems very excessive for this area. The Stylist gets a solid 4 stars for professionalism.

She takes her time and really learns exactly what you want your hair to look like and knows just what to do to get it there, without sacrificing the health of my hair.
