My training at the Thunderbird & 83rd location kindly let me know when I completed all my sessions. The kicker about this all is that I did my due diligence and emailed my request to EOS (memberservices@eosfitness.com) on March 19th and ABC Fitness Solutions responded. WHY?? ABC Fitness says they can't cancel training packages. Why are they responding/ have access to the facilities' email??!! I spoke with the manager on 3/20/2023 at the Thunderbird & 83rd location and was told I would only be charged twice and after that no more. Why the hell am I being charged $76 x4 after that?! I'm not even using the service. I don't like dishonest, misleading business practices at all. It's straight up fraudulent to financially benefit off service not being provided to the consumer. I strongly feel like dissolving the whole business relationship at this point. I will be going to EOS location first thing in the morning and I'm not playing. The email I sent to EOS in March 2023, them extra charges, and the agreement is on file. I only thing I'm interested in hearing is the solution that's it!

The Serenity Studio was clutch... quiet, relaxed, dumbbells and benches without the chaos, and I loved it!! Sauna hit the spot. Recovery room had massage chairs and compression boots (sadly no cryo lounge), but still solid!! Even on vacation, we somehow squeezed in a full 2 hr workout. Shoutout to Jaclyn for being super welcoming and actually helpful!! Overall, hubby and I enjoyed this gym and would visit again when in the area. Let's GIDETT!!!!

That said, I did have some experiences that impacted how I view the professionalism and customer service side of things. While applying to become a personal trainer at this location, I went through an interview process with the fitness manager, Bryan. After being invited back for a second meeting and practical demonstration, there was a moment where communication felt unprofessional--I received a message that included the wrong name while I was already preparing for the session. It left me feeling like the level of attention and care toward applicants and members isn't always consistent. I also heard conversations from other members that made me personally question the quality of guidance being given in certain situations, especially when it comes to injury-related fitness advice. While I can't verify everything I heard firsthand, it contributed to my overall impression of inconsistency in staff experience and training. Another issue I ran into involved stretch session billing and cancellation timing. I had requested to stop sessions due to personal financial hardship, but the cancellation and billing process took longer than expected, and I was still charged. My refund request was ultimately denied, which was frustrating given my circumstances at the time. I understand policies are in place, but I do think there should be more flexibility or clearer communication when members are going through hardship situations. Overall, I would say this is still a good gym with strong facilities and some great employees, but experiences can vary depending on who you interact with. My advice to new members is to read all contracts carefully, especially around recurring services, and make sure you fully understand cancellation policies before signing up.

As I am writing this today one of them has had a high temperature error making it none usable for 30 days! Also..the movie room doesn't play 24/7...if your an early bird your out of luck. When I signed up I was told it was 24/7. The massage chairs are often broken as well and I have gone in there to find someone sleeping in there...not in work out clothes...more then once. The only thing good about this location is the people working the front desk. They are always so nice and helpful..it's sad they have to hear us complaining about broken equipment daily. I have tried to contact management through their eos app but never even get a response. Fix your equipment and provide the service you are charging for.

They started getting worse by adding cheap equipment they didn't have room for, so people had less…read moreroom to stretch and do lunges, etc. Now they've taken away part of the cardio area and put a stretching area in front of it. So not only is there less cardio, but NO woman wants to stretch in front of bunch of people doing cardio directly behind them. They've also taken equipment like mats and other things and put them in an area where there's classes, so you can't actually get them if there's a class going on. They added combination locks to the locker rooms, and put in different saunas. They also changed out the weights and the dumbbell and barbell racks even tho it wasn't needed. I'm sure they'll raise our membership prices, and I'll be looking for a new gym. Management has failed their members on too many levels to list.

I used to go to a certain "Orange" workout program (you know the one), but after a while it started…read morefeeling a little too repetitive. It definitely helped me fall back in love with working out, and I'm grateful for that -- but I was ready for more. Enter F45. I'd heard great things, so I gave it a shot... and got humbled real quick. I thought I was in shape -- turns out I had another level to reach. Since then, my stamina and endurance have skyrocketed. I'm stronger, more energized, and actually look forward to every workout. The coaches are what really make this place special. Jason and Ryan always bring the energy, great music, and keep things fun while pushing you hard. Lala is right there with them -- awesome coach and always brings a great vibe. Hannah is incredibly kind and supportive, and Jordan, the studio manager, has honestly been the biggest influence on my fitness journey. She's played a huge role in pushing me to be better. My favorite classes are definitely the cardio and hybrid workouts. "Redline" is my go-to -- it never disappoints and always gets my heart going. Now 205 classes in, I can confidently say I've found my fitness home. If you've been thinking about trying it -- just do it. You won't regret it. My daughter loves the pools and enjoys the child care well enough that I don't feel guilty when needing her entertained for a quick sanity-driving spin class. If they doubled their spin and yoga class offerings, they'd get that 5th start--often full and not many options for times. We're really lucky to have such a wellness-minded, family-focused space in our neighborhood, especially since the price point is still manageable.
