Great company to do business with. I have had Enviro screens install solar screens on my house 3 times now. I did one west facing window first to see if it helped and then next summer a second west facing window. This spring I had them do all my south facing windows too. Phenomenal company with great products and superb service. Have been working with Paul and his crew for several years, always with the same great results. Had new aluminum rolling shutters installed a few years ago, and this year my old vinyl ones (not previously installed by Enviro Screens) were damaged by hail. I worked with Paul and my insurance company, and five of the oldest shutters were replaced with aluminum. Great communication, great value, and flawless installation and customer service. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from the Enviro Screens and Shutters team. I highly recommend this company. Ryan and Eddie were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They listen and understand the problem with the shutters and kept me informed until the job was completed. I live in Colorado Springs and my shutters were installed by another installer in 2014 and again in 2018 by a second installer, both companies went out of business. Six of the eight shutters installed would get stuck while closing. It took two people to close them completely, one on the inside and another on the outside. I have had four "expert" try to fix the problem. The Enviro team fixed the problem in one afternoon! Finally the shutters functions properly and I can enjoy the security and cost savings benefits they provide. I wish I knew about Enviro Screens and Shutters years ago. Called Enviro Screens and Shutters to get bid on replacing hail damaged screens that were rated for Denver's current hail risk, Very Severe Hail. Asked if Enviro had screens or shutters that were hail impact rated/ tested for Denver's Very Severe Hail, the kind that destroyed my screens and roof. I was told yes. He said all his products were hail tested /rated for Denver's hail. I asked him which hail impact tests they had passed. Then told me again all were rated for Denver Metro and tested for such. I asked if any were tested for any vertical surface testing such as FM 4350- Vertical exterior surfaces or any similar test. He said he could call his manufacturers to see. I told him it would be labeled on the product prominently and he already told me all his products passed that kind of test. He babbled on totally cornered in outright severe misrepresentation, and then made it clear he was leaving the call. It appears to me this company expertly but massively tried to mislead me into buying products that are not hail impact tested to mitigate Denver's Very Severe Hail insurance risk. We have lots and lots of rolling shutters on the back of our home which has a western/full sun exposure. They were installed years ago by another company. That company was sold to new owners a while back and their service calls are now ungodly expensive for any maintenance required....SOOOO...we called Enviro Screens and Shutters. WOW...what great guys. Paul the owner was helpful, responsive and followed up. The crew he sent to help me out of a last minute predicament on a summer Friday evening was professional, clean,polite and efficient!
