Second experience with Enviro Shuttle this past couple weeks. EXCELLENT, TIMELY SERVICE. On time, communicates well, and usually able to adjust schedules when airline schedules don't work out. Never showed up for our pick up to the airport, no call, no text, nothing. Luckily we were able to drive ourselves however, I will need to pay for the RDM daily rate which will add up and plus now cancel our return with another provider. I will never be using this company again. Very disappointed. read more

The Team upon pick up and drop off, at the airport were very nice. The vehicle's were not so clean. They got us to our destination's safely.

I had my best shuttle ride ever with Trista last night. She was waiting for me when I got off the plane, and then patiently waited while I went to the restroom. She drove safely in the snow, and I felt safe in the RAV4. Most of all, I really enjoyed talking to her. She was bright and friendly, and really made me feel welcome. Highly recommend. I called to inquire on availability and pricing; mid-way through that call I was contacted by text with pricing and availability. The owner then called me and I had a ride arranged that fit my needs within minutes. I loved the options to book either over the phone, by text, or online. And the rate? Significantly cheaper than Uber (& far more dependable - once confirmed I didn't have to worry: "now do I "really" have a ride booked? as happens often with Uber). Doug arrived early, and I stepped into a pristine, comfortable car with a professional driver. I wish I had this option for airport rides back home! A driver missed our pick up - he wasn't at the gate with a sign and wasn't at the car when we went outside searching for them. Once we finally tracked him down he and the company insisted he was there early - Maybe, just not for the customer, which is kinda the point. A simple, sorry for the confusion would have sufficed but all we got was static. We've since started to use another local company that has more reliable service and is easier to communicate with via text If there are issues. Always enjoyed the owners and used to love the service but lately they seem to have trouble keeping enough reliable drivers. The online booking is a nice feature so hoping things improve, but you also need to book very far in advance and pre-pay which isn't always ideal either. read more

We had to reschedule our rides both to and from the airport multiple times due to Avelo Airlines' delayed and cancelled flights. It was not going smoothly to say the least, but Enviro Shuttle did a fantastic job keeping up with all of our changes. Incredible job!! read more

I've taken Enviro Shuttle once and it went great. The reason I'm writing this review is because I signed up again for a 5:15 am Saturday morning pick up to go to Mexico. Alas, Hurricane Norma had other ideas. We changed our flight by one day and I texted them to see if they could pick us up the same time Sunday and minutes later I received a text that our reservation was changed. Enviro Shuttle is my preferred car service. These guys are clean and professional (unlike a few of the other companies in town) and always on time or early. They are in high demand so it behooves one to call or text a day or two ahead of time. They will reply immediately and your ride will be scheduled within moments. Generally very reliable. Over 5 years, Just 1 mishap over where we were outgoing but our driver went to the airport for a pickup. We had to get alternate transportation - & got lucky that we barely made our flight - whew! Cabs have been very clean in the past I would recommend at least a daily interior wipe down at a minimum. I had 2 normal rides with this business, different drivers, so I pre-booked a couple more. Third ride, I nearly didn't make it to my destination. The driver almost went off the road and veered over the median several times. She was falling asleep over the wheel!! Maybe medicated, who knows? What were they thinking, sending this driver out on the road with passengers?? That's when I found out there's no way to give feedback to the owners. They don't respond, either, when you report a lost item. I reported it right away, so they know when it was left, which car and driver, and even offered to pick it up from their office. Don't bother calling them, unless it is 6 weeks prior to needing their service. My ride was unable to retrieve me from the airport. So, 2 days before my flight landed I called them. "Oh we are booked out 6 weeks ahead for late flight arrivals. I see them all over town, but that in the daylight. Apparently if you need a ride in the evening you can forget it. So don't drink and drive and don't count on these folks if you drink and need a ride. read more

The best place to contact for a ride in the bend area. We have used them for transportation to and from RDM to Black Butte Ranch many times. Be sure to book early, they are prompt and affordable. The owners are amazing people. Strongly recommend! read more

My flight was early & Bill was still there to greet me. He was friendly & professional. My daughter booked this service for me so I didn't know what to expect. I figured I'd have to find the car, but as soon as I walked into the airport upon my arrival, I saw my name on an iPad. The car was super clean! We didn't actually get to use this service, but wanted to leave a review, anyways. You can book online, but there is also an option (currently text, to communicate with a kind human, which I appreciated.) Comms were prompt, reliable and friendly. I'm presuming, like the service. We were not able to take their trips due to family emergency and had to move/cancel 2 bookings. They were understanding. When we come back to central Oregon, I'd definitely try this service. Hello, We used Enviro Shuttle On 1/24/2021 for the first time. I travel a lot for work and use Uber quite often. We decided to try Enviro because there was a sign at the airport for them stating a fixed price. I liked the idea since Uber does have surge pricing and enviro checks your flight so there are no surprises. We landed at 1105 pm and Milinda greeted us at the baggage claim with our names in lights (iPad) what a refreshing person. Great attitude, great driver. It is rare these days to have excellent customer service and she provided it. Will use them from now on!! read more

When I arrived, the driver was at the gate with my name on a tablet so there was no confusion on where to find the car. Also when I left I had a very early flight and was able to book a car at 4am. Enviro Shuttle is the only cab service I will use here in Bend. They have never dropped the ball, and I take rides twice a week to and from Redmond Airport. The drivers are all pleasant, and Milinda the co-owner is fantastic. She has a ton of zest and undeniable enthusiasm for her business. Scheduling a ride is as simple as texting their number. You get a prompt reply and a confirmation that you are scheduled in their calendar. One time, I had to be picked up at 4AM for a very early flight, and the driver actually told me that he had been waiting there 30 minutes in advance. I sure do appreciate hearing that, especially when I was concerned that I might not find anybody waiting to pick me up from my hotel in the morning as was the case when I tried to use a different cab service... (never again). In this weather, their cars all have snow tires and I have not felt unsafe in any of their vehicles. I have nothing but good things to say about Enviro Shuttle. read more

I've used this shuttle service several times over the years and never had a complaint. This week, however, the car I was picked up in was disgusting. It was filthy. Dirty doesn't begin to describe it. Also, the horn was not operational nor was the speedometer. Not sure how a shuttle service can operate with those basic items not working. The woman who picked me up was very friendly and a good driver but it was an icky ride. read more
