He was able to get to my house with all the needed equipment quickly to start the clean up and start drying out the basement. When he heard of the difficulty getting a plumber on the phone to get the boiler fixed he was able to get me in touch with one for the fix. Alex stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process until the last piece of equipment was taken out of the basement and they felt satisfied the basement was properly dried out.

County Cesspools - Warranty is a Lie! I contacted County…read moreCesspools to address my overflowing cesspool. Instead of properly pumping the tank, they opted for hydrojetting. They assured me their service came with a one-year warranty. However, the relief was short-lived. Within a few months, the cesspool overflowed again. When I contacted them, they returned and poured acid into the tank, which lasted a few months. When they returned within the 1 year warranty period, they wanted to charge me for additional services. I refused to do any more business with a company that does not honor its warranty. They prioritize quick fixes over long-term solutions. If they pumped the cesspool in the first place, it would have lasted much longer. I strongly advise against using their services. You'll likely end up paying for a temporary fix and dealing with their unprofessionalism when things inevitably go wrong.
