I contacted this company due to recommendations from friends when I asked about a plumber. I wasn't sure they would do the type of work that I needed but out of desperation I contacted anyway. We had a clog in one of our toilet pipes and were unable to use the toilet for quite some time without it 'gurgling'. I touched base with Ben and to my surprise he had an opening immediately the next morning. They arrived promptly the next morning and were able to do all the necessary work on the spot as well as explain to me what they were doing and what likely happened. Terrible company please don't hire them. I had a scheduled appointment for between nine and ten in the morning. They were a "no call no show" so I left at ten. At 12:30 the guy calls and says "I know I was supposed to be at the location for between nine and ten but I am running late". I scheduled a different company for the same day and they were great and $80.00 cheaper. I have had no issues since they finished the work. The owner of the company didn't call me until 2.5 hours after the scheduled time. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Ben and his crew. I asked for an estimate to bring my septic tank opening up to grade and Ben gave me the best quote out of 3 companies I called, mind you other quotes I got were over a thousand more than what Ben quoted me. He arrived on time for my project and completed the work in about 4 hours. He took care not to do too much damage to my lawn since a mini excavator was used. Had to revamp a substandard cesspool installed by Best Flo Cesspools from 12 years ago. My Dad had this work done and It was poorly installed, failing and I needed a whole new system. This company needs better communication between the staff and the customer. I had an appointment for the morning (on a Wednesday), and I had to call them at 1pm to find out where they were. I was then informed that they had "one customer before me and it is just a simple cesspool pump out." After waiting until 7pm, I called again to find out they were still on the previous job and could not come out to me until Saturday. The operator tried to tell me that the customer had their cesspool collapse 30 minutes prior to me calling, and that life happens. I told her I understood things can go wrong, but it does not take 5.5 hours to pump out a cesspool before it collapses (1pm to 6:30pm). Either her team did not inform her of the collapse when it happened to reschedule future appointments or she simply neglected to do so and lied about it when I asked. Hopefully they can learn from their mistakes and improve their internal and external communications. read more
