They used a dehumidifier first to see if it would get all the moisture out. It worked. But if it didn't, they would have to of done a more expensive treatment. I was told that I was get an estimate a few days later. Never heard anything. I had to keep asking and asking until 2 weeks had passed and I told them if I didn't have an estimate that I would not use them. I got an estimate the next day. The estimate they provided quoted for things that were not damaged at all. Mentioned a broken bathroom mirror and to reset it. Never was broken. Also that my hallway closet needed new flooring. Never was damaged. These people just want money from insurance. Had 2 quotes and service restoration's quote was $10,000 more than the other one. Do not trust these people. All they want is your money and to take advantage of your situation.
