I used this company's website to contact them. I sent them my email address and my phone number, gave them the details of what I wanted (basically just to have someone come out and consult about the trees in my back yard) and the days/times when I was available. The only reply I got was a text saying "Hi its David Environmental Green Tree Care." OK, I thought, they prefer to work via text. So I texted all that info again. Then I got a reply saying "call us to set it up thank you." Having already given them all the info they would need twice, that seemed a bit annoying, but OK. I called and got an incredibly rude guy who clearly wanted me to know that they would be doing me a favor if they deigned to show up at all. When I finally got him to agree to a two hour window in which they might or might not show up he told me to send him the details about my name, my address etc. I mentioned that it seemed a bit odd because I'd already sent all that stuff twice already, via the website and via text (and I'd told him at the beginning of our conversation). Victor and his team were absolutely fantastic from the time we first made contact to when they did the work. We were looking to have a coyote bush and a small stump removed from our side yard and had already had a few other companies out to estimate. When he came out to do the estimate, the first thing Victor handed me was a full packet with his license and proof of insurance, which no other company did. He then looked at everything and came in with a lower price than anybody else for cutting the bush out and grinding the stumps down. He also checked out our irrigation system so he could advise his guys where not to dig. He emailed an estimate and scheduled my service on the spot. His guys showed up right on time and got to work. It took them only about 30 minutes and they were actually able to completely remove the stumps completely, which will make planting new trees that much easier. When they were done, they spread our existing rocks over the area, so you couldn't even tell anything was ever there. I hired Environmental Green Tree Care to prune 3 trees, 6 bottlebrush which were on a large steep hill and remove a lot of weeds on the same hill. Everything was done to perfection. I am overjoyed with the job Environmental Green Tree Care (EGTC) did on our property. Our small townhome complex got multiple bids and EGTC was very competitive. Victor (owner) walked the property with me and explained what needed to be done and what did not. He was great at explaining how EGTC would trim the trees to repair a previous sub par trimming done by gardeners. EGTC owned by an arborist and many of the employees are or are training to be arborists. Victor also stated that if any of the residents needed trees trimmed in their backyards this could be made available at a discounted (because we're here) price. I was so glad to find this tree service company Environmental Green Tree Care after much research. I took pictures of the row of bushes I wanted to removed because it was over growing into my neighbors side of the fence and ruining our fence. I also wanted to remove 9 tall tree bushes that are starting to wilt. I tried to cut down some small palm trees myself for 3 days straight and then I realized I wanted to remove the stumps but could not do that myself. This review is long overdue. The work was actually done on October 11, 2017. My house in Laguna Niguel had over-grown vines covering the long wrought iron fence and several trees needed trimming. I spoke with Victor and he sent Jose to come and meet me and gave me a quote. I thought the price was a bit higher than I expected but he explained that the job required more work and pointed to two trees that he said need trimming that I had not originally mentioned. I agreed and they sent me an agreement. I signed. On the work day, I was amazed to see 5 men with a truck and chipper arrive. They attacked the work very methodically and a few hours later all trees were trimmed, vines were removed from the fence and house side yard looked cleaner than before. Great job!
