Victor is very knowledgeable and professional. His crew also has a lot of experience trimming trees and palms. I have a lot of tall palms that previous tree trimmers climbed using spiked shoes which damages the trunk. Victor's crew trimmed all the tall trees without using spikes and they look beautiful. Environmental Green Tree Care, however, was professional from the start and immediately engaging. Within a day someone was out to give me a quote, and it was a fair one for the amount of work we had to do to our large queen palms, and many pygmy palms. I really appreciated the knowledge and attention to detail that this company has. The reviews here really do ring true with this company. Had two 30 year old Rustyleaf Figs that headed out about 30'-40' apiece so branching structure had become entwined...Victor's crew did a great job shaping and thinning which really improved the appearance/dead wood is gone. Clean up following the work was exceptional. Will bring them back as soon as trees begin to overgrow again...terrific job. Also had a Schefflera that had become leggy and overgrowing neighbor's yard...removed offending branches and can't even tell the reduction was done...original shape is still there. They did a complete clean up of our disaster of a backyard - this included removing overgrowth of ivy and yucca, getting rid of weeds all along the walkways, removed two bushes that would have caused issues to the foundation of the house. 2 men came & removed a dead tree for me and dug down 8" to grind up the stump and fill in the hole with sawdust. So the area is level with the surrounding grass. Hopefully grass will grow over the spot. The guys were polite, took away the remaining debris & it all took about 1/2 hour. Feb. 9, 2017 update. Because Victor's team had so much to do at our house, they didn't complete the job until it was dark. They and I were all tired, and in the low light, I didn't see that the grinding of the base of one tree had really not been thorough. With a full gut-job remodel getting underway, we paid no heed to the exposed tree base until over a month after Victor's team was done. Nonetheless, when I texted Victor, he only asked for a photo to give him an idea of what was amiss, then he came to our house, assessed how to fix the problem, and as I said before, he again took care of us with absolutely no hassle and with a resolute customer satisfaction attitude. Once to remove a large tree on a slope and the second time to clean all the overgrown Acacia another growth on that same slope. In both cases Victor and Environmental Green Tree Care crews were very professional clean and efficient. One is that Victor called me several times to make sure I was happy and knew what to expect.
