MY 700 sqft patio & walkway installed in 2017 started falling apart after 3 mths. Finally in 2022 Mr Robinson agreed to redo the walkway and patio, but all they did was swope out the flagstone in February 2022. By mid April the cracks started to reappear and chunks of mortar fell out and a large flagstone simply fell off the patio. So much of the mortar is missing... the patio seems to be floating. There wasn't a trench built & no way for water to escape... so the base of the patio looks like it is floating. The fire pit and seating wall installed WRONG! WHEN TRYING TO USE THE FIRE PIT, WE GET MORE SMOKE THAN FIRE. The Patio, Fire pit, seating wall & walkway was to have family and friends over for my youngest child's high school years. She will be a junior in college in August and I can no longer walk up or down the walkway steps. Mr. Robinson offer to pay another contractor to fix the problem, until 3 EXPERTS advised the ENTIRE PROJECT MUST BE DEMOLISHED & rebuilt following basic industry standards. We have used Lineberger's tree service for many many years for tree removal and mulch delivery and knew that they would be the ones to contact for such a big job. They sent out their arborist and gave us a very reasonable quote for removing the huge tree and some limbs from another tree that were hanging over the house. The day of removal, their team arrived with two cranes, chipper, trucks, and an amazing crew. Watching them work all day long was truly an experience - seeing those giant tree pieces flying through the air from the crane. We honestly felt like we were in the best hands. We highly recommend them for any type of tree work you need.
