Really can't suggest anybody use Holly bushes close to your house or driveway(but builders do) as they will grow under it and crack cement. Pine straw was removed, bushes removed, then weed barrier and rock and new plants were added. He was very careful of our grass and sidewalk while pulling out the bushes.
