Guy came out to look at my system. I came out and moved my car out of garage for him to have access to the sprinkler control board. After a while he came back with an explanation of issues. 1. Low pressure in back yard. 2. Various Sprinkler nozzles need replaced. 3. Zone 2 not working. After who I believe was the owner explained the issues to me, I asked what they needed to start on and I was told that that they did not have time to fix my sprinkler system. The guy looked at me and said "Yeah, I don't have time to work on your system, so I am walking away. You need to find someone else to fix your problem." What the hell kind of company does that. I took the day off to be home to meet this joker and after waiting a week for a scheduled time, he won't work on my yard because he is too busy? Terrible business that I will never call again. I would suggest anyone reading this call a different service for your sprinkler needs. read more

USE THIS COMPANY. They are responsive and excellent and I am not easy to please. Had a zone that would not shut off that caused me to have to shut the home water supply off so we had not water. Call Donald in the morning and he was out and changed the back flow value system out before noon. Installed our sprinkler system and it worked for 6 months. It will not turn on now and they refuse to come out and look at it. The owner doesn't care about existing customers and simply moves on from job to job. His comment was " we are no longer interested in your business". This company installed our system 15 yrs ago, The work was excellent and we had little problems until recent years. This past week we asked for them to come out and evaluate the lines and replace several sprinkler heads. We contacted Donald via phone. The conversation was very nice. Without coming out to evaluate the situation, Donald informed us via text that he could not work us into his schedule. When we asked via text, if he could give another recommendation to assist, he gave us a flat "NO" . Why would he not help us and give us a recommendation? This is not what I consider good customer service - very rude. We can not recommend this company to hold true and assist past customers. read more

We needed several sprinkler heads moved and work done before our new sod was laid. I couldn't be more happy with Sprinkler Solutions! They came out the same day I called and got the work done, even adding another head to make sure our new lawn would have complete coverage. Everything was completed in a little over an hour ( they DO NOT charge by the hour, as a previous irrigation company had done), and this was on an extremely hot and humid day. They gave me a quote over the phone, as they charge a service fee, plus a fee for each thing they do. Everything was less than $300, which is about half what we previously paid for similar work!
