They found a hidden septic line above our tank (long story there), but were able to skillfully remove our underground tank without having to cut the line and repair it later. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. He made an appointment quickly with us to come and give a quote, and we were sold after hearing the options he could provide to waterproof our basement so that we wouldn't have such extensive damage if flooding ever happened again. We chose to install the flood resistant cement board for the walls and vinyl flooring, and giving us peace of mind. His team and job supervisor, Victor, went above and beyond for this job. They were always timely, professional, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. We are so happy with how our basement turned out! We also used them to have our couch professionally cleaned and for insulation work in our attic. We've already seen a big difference in how the heat is retained in our home. He was very friendly and informative and clearly laid out the next steps for adequate radon mitigation. He noted what steps could be taken and informed me of their costs right off the bat. Very transparent and honest. Upon installation, I found the installers were also very friendly and approachable. They kept dialog going between themselves, Dave in the office, and myself, and kept me up to date on how they were proceeding in my nasty crawl space of a basement. They plugged up the cracks in the concrete walls and floor, installed their PVC airflow lines, and then piped out the side of the house to draw air from the basement and release it above the roofline. Everything looks good and they were respectful enough to put down floor coverings so as to not track gross basement mud up through the newly renovated house. Upon leaving, they activated a new radon test canister and informed me how I was to go about mailing it in in a couple of days. I am happy to report that as of now, my house has a radon reading of only 0.7pCi/L according to lab results from my post mitigation test! No more impending lung cancer for these guys!
