After explaining my issue, Kevin got to work diagnosing the problem. He found the culprit, a poorly wired outlet, within a matter of minutes. Kevin rewired the outlet correctly, installed a new outlet and ensured it was flush mounted; previously, it had not been. He stayed around for a bit and ensured all the other outlets worked and had the correct voltage. This repair gave us back the functionality of the majority of the outlets in our kitchen.
