I am impressed with the communication and speed at which this company resolves issues. The pest guy no called, no showed on my appointment after calling me after he was an hour late to tell me not to worry, he is on his way. When i finally called the office (no one called me to rectify the situation) they told me they could send someone out today between 930-5pm. The office closes at 5pm, so if dude no shows again there is no one to call. After I requested to speak to a manager I was cold transfered to voicemail with no name and no recording feature. Pest Now used to have team members available to answer the phone and email. Now, I have called at…read moreleast 7 times over the last 2 weeks, emailed and have received ZERO responses. If I had known they were sold or have a new system that doesn't allow you to talk to anyone I would have never renewed. Today, I received a check in the mail that I gave to a tech. He either dropped it or mailed it in (without my permission) and it was showing our personal and confidential information. The USPS dropped it in the mailbox in a clear envelope. I've been trying to call and no one is answering. It's unacceptable. Very disappointed. The only positive thing I can say, is my regular tech for Pest Control, Steven, is great. Update - I was finally able to speak to a manager after about 40 minutes on the phone yesterday, who was very understanding, and they offered a temporary resolution. I will change the stars from a 1 to a 3 for now. I'm hoping they resolve their customer service issues as well as their accounting issues.
