My father-in-law wanted a particular Steelers jersey. This jersey was sold out at competing businesses, but this Rally House had it in stock for the usual price. I ordered the jersey through their website, and a store employee soon shipped it through USPS Ground Advantage. The next day, the USPS delivered the package to me. The store employee had packed the correct product and the correct size. My father-in-law enjoys this jersey very much. I feel thankful that this store sold it to me. Please note that I have not visited this store in-person recently, so I do not know how the employees communicate.

As someone who loves to travel, I love picking up random items from my travels, little things here and there, but you know most of it tends to be cheaply made stuff that really isn't anything you want to display- mostly stuff you put in a box, but the things sold at Love, Pittsburgh really are works of art. You can get literally pieces of Pittsburgh art, essentially everything sold there is from local artists which makes it even better. Candles, cool postcards, notebooks, coasters, so many cool items, all with a great flare to it that's truly unique to Pittsburgh and again, they're good quality and the prices aren't sky high. Back to back you can find wine, ice cream, books (SUPPORT YOUR INDEPENDENT BOOKSELLERS!), VR game rooms, a facial salon (giggity), an Asian food hall, independent beer brewers... There's literally a little of everything. The Terminal is the sort of place where you intend to go for one thing and spend the rest of the hour wandering looking at cool stuff. Thick firm bills. One is black cordury and says Steel City on a red patch. Honestly one of the coolest hats I've ever seen. The other is a foam trucker with thick foam and thicker mesh. I know both will hold their shape and last along time. I was big into the New Era brand but the quality has gotten terrible. I'm extremely happy this purchase and will buy from them again.
