I purchased the annual Complete 365 package and have been trying to reach the company for over a week--without a single callback. When they sprayed for bugs, the problem persisted, and I ultimately had to purchase my own product to resolve the issue. Poor communication, ineffective service, and a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. It's clear from other reviews that I'm not alone. The first interactions with staff are pleasant and professional, but the actual service falls far short of what's advertised. Many customers report the same pattern: initial friendliness, then no callbacks and no follow-through. It seems the company pushes for positive reviews early, then stops delivering once they've secured them. EnviroPest blocked my number and cancelled my contract without notice. Please be careful before doing business with this company. The business addresses they provide over the phone are fake pointing to veterinary clinics, law offices, healthcare providers, even a Thai restaurant and a wine distributor. They also gave me a fake name for the company's owner. If you experience similar issues, I strongly encourage you to report them to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Customer service is everything and they have none. Where to start...I had a very nice serviceman come out to help with a large yellow jacket nest near my garden. Initially I was just happy with him and to have it taken care of (despite how I feel about removing wildlife of any kind), but I wasn't thrilled about the disturbed, saturated nest with insecticide going in MY garbage. I should have insisted he take it with him. Part of the service is taking the treated area away. Going back to the area the recommended 3 days later I was so angry to see the area wasn't even cleaned up. Portions of the sprayed nest were strewed across my lawn. There is no excuse for this. He was wearing gear with dead or dying wasps. They were no match for anyone at that point. Everything should have been cleaned up so there was no chance any bird, frog, snake, any mammals of any kind I am happy to see on my property could consume this and pass up this deadly insecticide across the foodchain. I was very clear with this company that I needed minimal impact because I care deeply and it's clear they do not. I was assured by a type of agent I have never heard from since.* Had the area been thoroughly cleaned up and properly disposed of I would be writing a very different review; a glowing review as I previously did on Google and have since removed. So many questions now come to mind. If this is a legitimate company, "Enviro" to boot, they should be collecting anything used with pesticides and disposing of it responsibly/properly as hazardous waste. Not relying on homeowners. These questions are important as we have mass die off of so many species, there still are some safeguards in the way we deal with solid waste if done the way it should. *Customer service: absolute rubbish. I called twice leaving messages (first: early in the morning, second: half-day). It wasn't until I demanded a call end of day by email I received a text response that someone would be here in a hour. They never showed up. Never texted back when I asked about the status. Calling for a third time, trying different prompts proved that their phone service is worthless. After emailing, letting them know I would be reaching out to BBB I got 2 strange text responses. I'm glad I didn't buy into their sales pitch for their yearly coverage as it felt salesmansy at the time. Trust your gut. I'd really love to know what the "Enviro" part of this company is. I'd love to know what their warranty really means because I see no indication of what the woman told me verbally. 30 day guarantee is nowhere on their website and it clearly means nothing as they were only here 4 days ago and have asked for them to come back to cleanup what should have been cleaned when they were here. Do I blame my serviceman? Partially. It would be nice to think if "licensed" means they know how to dispose of hazardous waste. I have to do this with chemicals I use because I care about other people and wildlife. But I blame this organization in the way they operate. I wished I had read more reviews because $325 for an incomplete job feels like I should get something back for it. For all these reasons I will be escalating this to BBB. Should I ever need help again I would never call this company again. I hope reading this, along with other reviews (wished I read on Yelp rather than Google) someone might help others to keep looking. Customer service is everything and they have none. read more

Always accommodating to appointment times I need. I've used them for several years. I have never had a problem and don't understand the low ratings on the site. When I struggled to book an appt that didn't interfere with work etc(they prebook and let you know a day in advance), I used the CHAT option online and easily was able to schedule for the early morning time I needed. read more

We got them, BED BUGS. I used my normal pest company first Fox Pest Control. it was a nightmare. used them for 6 months and still have bed bugs. Decided to try a different company. They had good reviews. Alonzo said he was the "Micheal Jordan of killing bed bugs". I was skeptical, but still tried them. After the first treatment, he left no stone unturned when he was spraying. After a couple of weeks, we didn't see any. came back in the 3rd week for the final spray. it's been a few months now and still NO SIGN of those little jerks. This company is awful! Unfortunately, I paid for services in advance so im stuck with them until next year but I will report them to any agency in the city for their horrible service. I have called, email, texted them numerous times. I've demanded to speak to a manager and no one has ever called me back. Customer service is not their priority. I had a different experience with EnviroTech. Their system of bait and traps worked for us (field mice in the basement) and spraying the beetles all over the outside of our house. The serviceman came when he was supposed to (day and time). I also pay the serviceman when he leaves with a credit card so no problems there. HOWEVER, I do have 2 complaints that are worth mentioning. 1) They schedule appointments without any input from you. It's an arbitrary time. You can call and say you would be at work then and the very next time they'll schedule it during your work hours again. 2) You used to be able to talk to a real person who was friendly and helpful, now you can't get a real person no matter which option you used (I tried all the choices on the menu.). EnviroTech, your product is good but your business practices and attention to your customers is lousy. Save the money somewhere else, get the woman back on the phone that is alive and able to do something for you when you call. She is representing your company and is definitely worth her salary! read more

They will only let me speak with sales associates and will not put me in contact with accounts payable. They avoid my phone calls and take weeks to respond to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. The billing dept. is a joke. They overbill you and then when you try to explain their own mistake, they agree but never resolve. They have put us into collection and we have tried to pay the overcharge just to get rid of them. Called at least 10 times to offer payment and only an answering service takes your call. I was really looking forward to the initial consultation and towards taking proactive steps in eradicating the mice from our kitchen. My landlord set up the consultation and provided my number, his number, and another local contact. The appointment was supposed to be between 4 and 4:30. Right around 4 my dogs started barking. By the time I made it downstairs I could see the EnviroTech truck in front of the driveway, but there was no one outside the door. I put my dogs in their kennels and waited for 20 minutes. Then the truck drove away. No one called me, and I confirmed with the landlord that no one called him or his other contact either. I called the company, left a message, and got a call about an hour and a half later. The person who called me acted like the whole debacle was my fault for not answering the door initially, then became defensive when I asked why he didn't call and when I said I wasn't aware that I needed to go and get him. No apology. This guy clearly just wanted to sit down in front of my house for 20 minutes and call it work, which is exactly what happened.
