I contacted the company first week in February explaining that my insurance claim was denied and that I would be paying out of pocket. I asked if the company handled projects like that and was assured that they did. Eric called me back the next day and stated that due to the heavy rains that we were having at the time, he would not be able to come to the property until 2/14/24. This was understandable having had water damage due to rain previously at another property. Eric came out, accessed the situation, explained what to expect for abatement and stated he would provide estimates by 2/16/24. Estimates were not received and I sent an email 4 days later and left a voicemail 6 days later. I called the office on the 7th day (2/23) and left a voicemail. I received a call same day stating the estimates had been emailed. Reviewed the estimates and assured Eric that I wanted to proceed. He stated that he would send the contract that afternoon. The contract was never received. Once again calls on 2/29/24 were made to the cell and office number and messages left, as well as 3/1/24. There was no communication at this point and I was clueless as to why. I was willing and able to pay the price that was quoted. If the company did not want to take on the project, for whatever reason, it would have been greatly appreciated to directly been told this instead of me wasting a month and having to start all over again.
