It was late on a Friday evening, and we had no idea what to do. Water was steadily dripping through the ceiling in our upstairs bathroom where the drywall began to sag, and shortly after that water started pooling up in the corner of our 1st floor living room on the other side of the house. I figured there was no way we'd be able to get any help on a Friday evening, so I started making frantic calls and sending out emails. Rapid Restoration Solutions responded right away. We talked, and they informed me of what was likely happening. Water was getting in through the vents in the roof and was pooling up on the drywall before eventually dripping through it. The overflow of the pooled up water was also crawling along the joists to the other side of the house to the lowest point, and it was coming out of the walls.
