Called these people because I needed to have a rental property cleaned quickly. told representative what i needed done and that I had $1500 to work with. She said great, we'll have a team of 2 out there tomorrow morning. Our family was in absolute shock when a member passed recently . He had suffered a fatal heart attack but had not been found for a few days. We were informed by police that we needed a bio-cleanup team to come before we could safely be back in our home. Having been out of town, being told we were in danger if we slept in our home all while trying to arrange a funeral and being in absolute shock was more than we could take. I called a few companies but got the feeling that the first was literally a maid service (who found out there was money to be made in bio hazard but had never really done it) who kept putting me on hold every time I asked a question. The others didn't call back right away except for Stacy. Stacy not only made me feel calm but she knew I wasn't a person who dealt with this every day and explained things in a way I could understand, she knew there was an urgency to getting it done (as it was our home). I got back a shiny clean room with no odors and not one spec of debris left behind. These people were angels to do what they do and there's not one ounce of hesitation! They were kind, respectful, and got it done fast so we could come back home to start the grieving process as it should be done. We had a estranged family member die. The body wasn't found for 2+ weeks and he had a giant hoarding problem. There was drastic damage due to the decomposition and following pest infestation. Stacy's team was very quick to respond and inspect the site. She gave a quote which is a lot lower than other cleaning services. She took care of the whole place over a few days. Everything was cleared out and cleaned spic and span. She was able to get rid of most the decomposition odor. I wasn't sure if insurance would cover it, she said we can work out a payment plan if it didn't. Afterwards she took care of all the insurance issues and we only had to pay our deductible. Lots of filth and garbage that needed to be removed and the city advised is was my responsibility to clear out. I was under a short time crunch to get the cleanup completed. My father had a near death experience last night when his dialysis port blew out and saturated the bed, floor, and walls with blood.
